Отдыхали в этом отеле с детьми . Из плюсов : невероятный мини клуб , малышку невозможно было забрать , девочки молодцы ! Достойное и разнообразное питание - вкусно . Не плохие номера , видно что был ремонт . Минуса : Ужасный заход в море ( камни ) , мне с ребенком 4 х лет , было очень не комфортно . Отсутствие пирса . Старый аквапарк . Ужасный местный алкоголь ( невозможно пить) Ну и самое мое глобальное разочарование , которое выбило нас на половину отдыха , это отношение персонала ( рецепции) . Вывод который я сделала для себя это « если у вас все ровно и хорошо - чудесно , но если что-то случается - никто вам не поможет , вас наоборот обманут и замнут всю проблему» Я отдыхала с мамой , ребенком и подругой ( она тоже с маленьким ребенком ) , мы были без наших мужчин . Когда к нам начали откровенно приставать «гости из Германии» , дошло все до того что я вызвала полицию ! Никто , просто никто из рецепции не помог . Они просто клипали глазами и рассказывали о том что какой ужас , завтра мы этого мужчину выселим из отеля , это против наших правил . А по итогу утром оказалось , что никто , никого не выслал , они посто хотели в моменте замять ситуацию пока была полиция на месте . Вот такой вот «чудесный отель в 5 звезд» в который ты едешь и не знаешь , в безопасности ты со своим ребенком на теоитории отеля , либо тебе нужно ходить и оборачиваться и бояться что на тебя снова «гость из Германии пьяный в хлам накинется»

Sehr schöne Anlage mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern, hier und da vielleicht ein bisschen renovierungsbedürftig, aber ohne das es im Moment störend ist. Wir hatten ein großes, sauberes und modern eingerichtetes Zimmer mit sehr gutem Bett. Negativ nur die hellhörige Zimmertür und nur eine Bettdecke, die für 2 Personen viel zu klein ist. Wir haben aber auf Anfrage sofort eine zweite Bettdecke bekommen. Essen und Getränke sind landestypisch, aber nicht negativ gemeint, sondern da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Pool und Wasserpark sind schön angelegt, die Wasserrutschen machen Spaß und sind teilweise richtig aufregend. (3 von 5 Rutschen erst ab 12 Jahre). Am Strand kann man den ganzen Tag verbringen, mit Bar und Snackrestaurant wird auch dort für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Wir waren am Ende der Saison da, und es war alles schon ein bisschen heruntergefahren.
Das Hotel ist wohl verkauft und keiner weiß wie es wirklich weitergeht. Ansonsten waren wir aber sehr zufrieden.

Hotel is very clean, including beach and pool areas, food quality is great, variety exceptional. Nice family hotel with lots of amenities for kids.

The beach, pools, restaurants, staff and other facilities. are good.
My only comment would only be the quality of rooms. I think it is time for management to embark on a program for renovating the rooms. The rooms’ facilities are operational, yet they have surpassed their useful life in terms of furniture, ACs, bathroom, beds, lighting and other facilities. Obviously, this requires capital investment. It is worthwhile to upgrade and increase their rates to recover gradually their capital investment and attract more guests.
