We came to Side Moon Palace Hotel for a week as a family. (9 adults and 2 children, aged 15 and 3 years old). All of the staff were very friendly and my daughter loved talking to the lady at the transfer desk in the lobby. She was lovely. We came for my mother-in-law's 60th birthday and we requested a cake for her birthday. They didn't disappoint. The cake was lovely and the staff came and sang to her as they brought the cake out. One of the bar staff from the lobby bar also made her a special cocktail with a sparkler and sang happy birthday with us. The pools were lovely and the beds were really comfortable. There was different entertainment every night and they had childrens dances every night to keep them entertained which my daugher loved. There was a wide variety of food and something for everyone. We visited the beach club by getting the shuttle bus which runs every 20 minutes. There was all inclusive food and drinks here too. There were foam parties in the pool and they brought inflatables out by the poolside. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

They were very welcoming and polite. They was very respectful and had good food, entertainment and sporty activities. Cleanliness was outstanding and the hosts was very respectful and friendly. The food was excellent and there was different variety of foods to pick from and was delicious. All round amazing experience. There was a Game Center that was also here what was fun and affordable.

Отель Side Moon Palace оставил приятные впечатления! Это идеальное место для отдыха с детьми и без: хороший сервис, небольшая, но ухоженная территория, вкусное питание. Анимация – отдельный восторг! Особенно хочется отметить работу аниматоров, которые сделали наш отдых по-настоящему ярким: Никита – невероятно энергичный, харизматичный и веселый! Он заряжал всех гостей отличным настроением, будь то дневные активности у бассейна или вечерние шоу. С ним даже самые скромные гости пускались в пляс! Аня– просто волшебница в работе с детьми! Мой ребенок каждый день бежал на мини-диско и в mini club, потому что Аня умеет увлечь, рассмешить и найти подход к каждому малышу. Огромное ей спасибо за теплоту и заботу!

Das Personal war besonders aufmerksam und hilfsbereit vor allem emrah und durdu haben uns sehr gut aufgenommen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das hotel generell war sehr sauber. Es sind Aktivitäten mit dem hotel geplant und alles ist sehr organisiert würde jedes Jahr wiederkommen

Очень понравилось в отеле Мун пэлэс,отель новый , всё чистенько опрятно,большой бассейн красивый дизайн, очень порадовали горки можно застрять на целый день,до моря пешком далековато,но зато автобус возит каждые 15 минут,не смотря на то что территория пляжа не большая там есть всё что необходимо и Снэк бар и площадка для волейбола,и для боччи,что касается персонала то это как одна большая семья,они принимают гостей как в собственном доме улыбчивые приветливые из персонала хочется отметить девушку бармена Гюльсум, очень приятная всегда обращается по имени и парень Тухан, особенно порадовала анимация,каждый вечер либо шоу либо конкурс ,караоке, бинго,анисаторам особенно хочется сказать спасибо ребята выкладываются на полную, Тимофей Никита Анна русскоязычные ребята весёлые открытые наши дети их обожают, появились и ребята турки Эмра и Бурду за пару дней до нашего отъезда но тоже хорошо себя показали, ведущий Ибрагим, здорово проводит конкурсы и игры для детей и не отказывает если попросить его вечером после шоу включить песню на наш вкус,анимационная команда просто супер,успели попасть на турецкий праздник и ди-джей Ахмед показал высший класс,танцевали абсолютно все! благодаря такой команде и такому персоналу хочется возвращаться в этот отель снова и снова!

Очень большой, красивый отель. Услужливый персонал. Питание отличное, разнообразное , которое может выбрать для себя и ребёнок и взрослый. Аниматоры Анна, Никита и Тимофей очень весёлые, зажигательные и очень активные. Классно проводят мероприятия для детей. Индивидуальный подход к каждому гостю.

Overall my stay was really good they had something for everyone to do the rooms were clean and the entertainment was great. The food and drink was also amazing they had something for everyone to eat down to the variety of desserts. There’s also shops in the hotel with great prices

Me and my partner stayed here march 2025 the holiday was amazing from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful very clean and the staff couldn’t do enough to help you. The entertainment on a night was great and they got everyone involved it was for all ages. The hotel has a spa and gym the spa lady’s were very professional and we had such a relaxing time there. There was plenty to choose from at the restaurant bur if there wasn’t anything you’d like you could fall back on the snack bar round the pool. The weather was great although on a night you will want a jacket as it gets quite chilly all round great holiday

Lovely place to stay, staff are friendly and food was decent. We stayed for 8 nights and i wish we stayed longer. The only issue we had was the jacuzzi, the jets didn't work and maintenance didn't fix it but we still enjoyed it! Entertainment was amazing with a variety of diffrent shows and interactable activities.
