We came here with some expectations from what we saw in previous reviews and we weren’t disappointed at all. Hotel itself is in great location, with shops nearby. Ultra all inclusive service is fantastic, staff are friendly, great choice of drinks and food. Everywhere is clean as there is always lots of people to look after. Rooms are cleaned everyday and again staff are working hard but still smiling, it’s nice to leave them some tips as they deserve that big time. Beach is private, about 5-10 min walk, but again hotel has shuttle minibus which will take you in to and from the beach if you want. Also beach bar is well stocked and staff are friendly. We had small problems with understanding in starting of our holiday as main language here is apart of Turkish also German. But we made it and all was fine. Despite there is plenty of people, all is calm and cozy, just ideal spot for nice holiday with or without kids. We will be happy to come back

We really enjoyed the hotel—it has a fantastic location, a great beach, friendly staff, and well-maintained rooms. We’ll definitely come back. The only downside is that the gym is poorly equipped. There aren’t kettlebells of different weights, and the music/sound system could be improved. It would be a minimal investment for the hotel, but sports enthusiasts would really appreciate it.

I and my woman would like to thank the staffs and Management Team from A to Z for the Job well done, through out our stay in the hotel. I and my wife had a well deserved stay at Ur hotel, from the very first day, from the reception,Wellness, the room, Restaurant, swimming Pool, Bars and also down to the Beach super Clean, friendly staffs. I will say a very good Job and welldone. The food from Morning Till evening,Super, staffs super and again super Service, beautiful hotel and Atmosphare too. Been here 19/26 april 2024. One of the best holidays j had so far. Lovely staff, clean rooms daily, clean towels daily, mini bar always filled. The buffet with lots of choices and food was amazing, the chefs so good, smily and very helpful. Plenty space and always you feel welcome. Nice entertaining, played dartz with some of the people there, we had fun. The restaurant by the beach feels relaxing and lovely view. Staff were amazing too. Beach was cleaned and nice. Lovely man at the beach which will help you with your seats. Plenty areas you could walk around in the resort. Love the place for kids too. They have a mini club for kids 4-9 of age. I would definitely go back there

It’s so good hotel Good foods , restful clean place and everywhere have relevant staff.especially I loved sea food a la carte restaurant. First one I was thinking can be average reastaurant because a la carte restaurant for free but when I was arrived i notice good reastaurant you can feeling very special.table design,foods and staff excellent

The hotel is looking very beautiful, i love the scenery around the hotel, food was excellent, staff was excelent too but one guy named Berkan was best of them, he was always smiling and we had so much fun with him, and only two things i would change were bar right in the pool, its very common nowadays so i didnt expect that and second things is animators, animators didnt do they’re job how it should be done, they where lazy, i didnt even know what they’re job was there, it was like summer vacation for them, its imposibble to compare them to any hotel i were, animators were the biggest dissapoint for me, but every other things inside or around the hotel were perfect.😁

My family and me had a lovely holiday break here-excellent meal choice, warm sea and good service. Ilkim Ertaman has been very helpful in assissting with my queries. Very friendly staff members! Plenty of tours have been offered for those who are after an active holiday break.

Отдыхали в октябре 2025 года. Остались очень довольны отдыхом. У отеля небольшая, но очень ухоженная зеленая территория, растет много красивых цветов и плодовых деревьев, очень чисто и уютно. Персонал доброжелателен, не все говорят на русском, но всегда стараются тебя понять и помочь, со многими общались на смеси английского, русского и языка жестов и прекрасно понимали друг друга. У нас в номере отлично убирались, полы блестели. Еда выше всяких похвал, всегда большое разнообразие, особенно на обед и ужин, огромное количество десертов, все даже попробовать не успели. Официанты просто торпеды, моментально убирают посуду со столов, поэтому проблем куда сесть не было никогда. Отель не на первой линии, но пляж недалеко и постоянно бегает бесплатная отельная маршрутка, песочек, пологий вход, всегда найдется свободный лежак. За пляжем ухаживают, чистят, есть холодильник с водой и недалеко бар, где можно взять напитки и пообедать. Анимация рассчитана в основном на немцев, так как из аниматоров на русском говорил только один, но думаю кто захочет, тот найдет понимание, мы просто не большие фанаты. Были дартс, волейбол, боча, водный футбол, что-то вроде аквааэробики, стрельба и еще что-то. Вечерние представления очень классные. Особенно нам понравились монгольские акробаты. И очень душевно проходила перед основным представлением анимация для детишек, плясали под разные песенки. А еще в отеле куча котиков, кототерапия - отдельное удовольствие. Из минусов только отельный гид анекстур (к сожалению так и не запомнила его имя), сильно распсиховался, когда мы не взяли у него экскурсию. Советую на него не обращать внимание. Ну и достаточно много курящих, приходилось выбирать места где на тебя не дымят. Но на фоне всех остальных плюсов, это мелочи. Нам очень понравилось и я бы с удовольствием отдохнула там же еще раз. Если выбирать отель для размеренного семейного отдыха, то это очень хороший вариант.
