We supply dinnerware plus kids-friendly dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pans, cookie sheets, toaster, blender, crockpots, air fryer, can & wine openers, measuring cups/spoons, flex brew coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters, and creamer). ⇒ POOL HEATER ⇐ There’s an option to heat the pool for $150 a week. This is entirely optional, but the water tends to be cold from September to May. If you’d like to have the pool heated, please let us know as soon as you book. The heater may take up to 24h to heat the pool. ⇒ PICKLEBALL & MINI-GOLF ⇐ We provide four pickleball paddles with four balls and four putters with four golf balls. If you are a seasoned pickleball player, feel free to bring your own gear. The pickleball court is equipped with lights for those who enjoy playing at night. You’ll have a heck of a time playing pickleball! ⇒ PLAYGROUND ⇐ Kids will find their own wonderland in the playful playground, where swings, slides, and boundless joy await their boundless energy. Watch as their laughter fills the air and their imaginations run wild. ⇒ GAMING ROOM ⇐ Unleash your competitive spirit in our gaming room, complete with an air hockey table, foosball table, a variety of board games, and a PlayStation 5 connected to a 65-inch TV, all within a spacious and inviting setting. ⇒ GRILLING ⇐ A gas grill and propane tank are provided. Please feel free to use the remaining fuel in the propane tank. We do not exchange the propane tank. Guests can exchange The tank (as needed) for about $20 at any local hardware store. ⇒ PET RULES ⇐ Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis for a $175 additional pet rent fee. Our insurance provider does not accept certain breeds, so please contact us if you’re bringing pets. No pets are allowed on the furniture or in the pool. ⇒ IMPORTANT RULES: PLEASE READ ⇐ ■ Parties are not allowed, and anyone who breaks this rule WILL be immediately evicted without a refund and subject to an additional $1000 eviction fee. This includes playing LOUD or vulgar music in the pool area and any drug use on the property, including marijuana with a medical ID (do it somewhere else). We care about our neighbors and our home, and this behavior is not allowed at this property. ■ All guests must be over the age of 26 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required. ■ No indoor smoking, including in the backyard ■ Pets allowed (fee and approval are required) ■ Booking may require a selfie taken with a valid ID due to our contactless check-in process ■ 4 cars maximum allowed in the driveway, no street parking. ■ Must observe QUIET HOURS 10 PM-7 AM Please take note that we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a Check In Form prior to your arrival.
