房間設施非常滿意，就是隔音效果太差，夜裡12點-1點左右，走廊裏有人喧嘩、説話聲太大，好像有人喝多了，吵鬧時間很長，沒有保安制止，大清早7點半左右又有人在走廊裏大聲喊人、還有小孩的吵鬧聲，實在讓人難以接受!

綠化好，環境好，衞生好，前台服務好又快。像政府招待所，感覺很安全。停車方便，早餐豐盛。離紅酒公園很近。吃飯要開車，也可在賓館吃。

裝修風格有年代感，停車在院子裏很方便，早餐超級豐富。主要是商務人事來入住。晚上很安靜。周圍沒什麼餐館，但外賣叫起來很方便。賓館的餐廳晚上要7點之後才有人上班，對於遊客稍微有點不便。
