The room service here is wonderful! Razib took great care with my food, delivery & clean up. He setup my food & was very courteous & professional! Definitely the staff makes the stay worthwhile & an amazing experience! Will absolutely stay again

Very luxurious, clean, and neat. Wonderful staff. Great location. We had a wonderful experience during our stay. Facilities at the hotel are amazing. Very rich and versatile breakfast. Great staff! Everyone was friendly and helpful. My room cleaner, Naveen did a great job for me! A nice clean room is so nice to return to after a long day of meetings. Breakfast was always great. Lounge dinner was great. The gym is a little small but it was well maintained.

Nice customer service, neat & comfortable bed. Awesome breakfast. The conference room on 10th floor is awesome with awesome snacks and very friendly customer service attending to your needs. I will surely lodge into this hotel again when in Bahrain.

The most important thing for me as a guest in any hotel is cleanliness and safety, as I found the best service for cleaning and following up the rooms and ensuring that there are no shortcomings in the needs of the guest and not disturbing by the cleaning staff and enjoying honesty and respect. I would like to thank especially Amar, the cleaning services officer, aBadal and Rasal.

During my stay at the westing, my room cleaner Alice has been very nice and attentive to me and my needs. The extra attention to detail and care have been very much appreciated. Thank you so much for making my stay very pleasant. Was not planning on staying 30 days but it was easier with the care and attention.
