Fabulous as usual, a big thanks to miss Lamya for her caring and kindness, my son was sick and came back to the hotel and found a nice gesture from her And thanks for the Bahraini employee who helped by pushing the wheelchair . Highly recommended

A big thank you to Arvind for the room housekeeping. The room was spotless and well serviced. Make a difference to find a room where you feel comfortable to be in for sometimes a very long stay. I recommend this hotel for the professional staff.

Very nice hotel, staff were very polite, kind and considerate. Location is very convenient, connected to a large 3 story shopping mall, great for exercise and avoiding some of the heat outside, plenty of shops restaurants covering everything you might need or want. Checked in very late, about 1 a.m., little room key issue getting the elevator to work, but arranged for someone to take me to the room and let me in who then went back down to the lobby and had the key/ card replaced and returned it to me in the room - worked fine once replaced - Thank You!

My stay at the Westin is always wonderful. The facility is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Sayida is the most helpful and lovely employee, she truly went the extra mile to make my stay the most enjoyable!! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Wonderful stay. Rooms were modern, clean, comfortable. AC worked well. Breakfast was good. Lounge was nice. Outdoor pool was about 25 meters so you could swim laps. I recommend this hotel highly. Especially notable was staff attention. Sayed helped me locate earphones I dropped at the pool. I was amazed that he went above and beyond to help me.
