Hotel Highland Manali

The hotel manager was very rude when we entered the lobby and didn’t acknowledge us and they didn’t allow our speaker which we didn’t even play Room was also stinky and they tried to manipulate us into taking second class room upstairs, service is awfully bad

A wonderful place to stay, sparkling clean with a personal touch of the owner everywhere. The food was excellent and in a good portion. The staff was disciplined and easily available. The bed linen was very clean. The hotel has a heated swimming pool and a vast green area for lazing around . There is a small food outlet near the lawn from where delicious snacks are served, including wood fired pizza 😋 The hotel is within walking distance from the market 👍 Strongly recommended as a wonderful place to stay.

I have been here with my family for 5 days and I feel it is one of the best place to stay. Rooms giving excellent view of the mountains. Inside and outside neatly maintained. You can stay in any room you got view every where. Damn Good Location, Surrounded with Hills located at River side, spacious parking and garden area. Great hosts and good rooms. Hema maam was an amazing host. So kind and so gracious. She looks after every guest and took feedback specially Food. They provide one of the best Apple juice specially made from the own Apple Orchard. Mr. Akshay is also very cooperative and great host. This is one of the best places to explore Old Manali. Walking distance to Hadimba temple and the market. Morning walks are so peaceful around here. Staircases to Vanvihar are just opposite to Hotet. Rooms are very well sized, geyser for hot water, room heater was chargeable though but you won’t need it…. Why i choose this hotel over other properties Damn Good Location.It is centrally located in old manali so even if you are on your foot all the time you will enjoy roaming around. All cafes are just an easy walk away. You will not need a car or auto anytime if you stay here. And lastly the staff including the manager is really friendly and show outstanding hospitality to make sure that your stay is smooth and nice. One thing to improve: Toiletries.

This property is located near Old Manali in the log huts area, it's at a walkable distance to Hadimba Devi Temple, Old Manali(Club House) and Nature Walk. The property is great and has good, spacious rooms with balconies in super deluxe rooms. The staff is also very courteous and helpful. The Breakfast buffet has very limited options which can be improved, otherwise, the taste is good. They might include a couple of fresh fruits and a south Indian item, like Idli, vada etc
