I’m not big on negative reviews so this is a bit out of character for me. I generally suck it up to experience and never go back to a bad hotel, but this stay was so bad I just can’t help but complain. Safe didn’t work and the door was stuck open so the closet door wouldn’t open and close making the closet useless. Freezer had no door on it so it froze all of our food in the refrigerator. Pillows were so flat I used a blanket of my own to support my neck in a proper position. Slow and inadequate Wi-Fi, didn’t work from room. Wall decor as appears in photos online was not in room. Walls in room were bare white. Fitness center had no ventilation or A/C. Treadmill requires Wifi to operate which was unavailable in the second floor location, so treadmill didn’t work. It was also not ADA compliant , on second floor accessible only by stairs with no elevator for entire property. Steam room was not working. Handicapped parking was unavailable so again not ADA compliant. Housekeeping only on request yet never came on request. Attached restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday, two of the three days/nights we were there. Hammering & pounding on walls in supply room adjacent to ours at 7:15 AM. The hotel was quite empty during our stay so why we were put in this room is an enigma! Garbage overflowing in hallways from not being removed overnight. The most alarming issue though was what happened two months after our stay. Credit card required for deposit on check in was fraudulantly charged for $400+. Contacted General Manager Peter on his cel phone and got no response. Terrible experience and horrible management. If I could get my money back I would. Hopefully someone who reads this will learn from my mistake.
