We have stayed here several times and keep hoping for an improvement. But unfortunately we decided this was the last time we will stay here. The place is under renovation which we can understand. But they booked us in a room that the aircon did not work, the water pressure was so weak that it could not run the shower, the hot water heater did not work, among other things. But worst of all, when we asked them to fix the aircon, a guy showed up and claimed we didn't have it on the right setting and said it was working fine, but he didn't change anything, it was still blowing out warm air and treated us like we were stupid. Little does he know we have 5 aircons at home and know much more about controlling them than he does. We complained again and then finally showed up with a portable fan. Didn't offer another room or even apologise. Smiled and left as if we were just saying nonsense. We will never come back here again and warn anyone to avoid this place.
