In summary, we got other room than we booked. The host was arrogant and unhelpful. We also heard that we can leave, anyway everything around is fully booked, and she is sure that we will not get something nice available. During our 4 nights stay we had to waste our time with solving gas-leakage detector beeping what led to not having warm water twice. The room smelled as old mop, the shower contained guest’s hair after minimum a season or two. The holder for the soap was covered by mold. The only plus was private parking place. After unpleasant discussion with the host, we got less than 10% compensation for all stated above.
