Lieber Jürgen Keller, vielen Dank für das famose, wunderbare Menü am Samstagabend im Landhaus Keller/Hotel de Charme in Malterdingen. Sie sind ein ganz großer Meister feinster, seriöser, ehrlichster Kochkunst. Im Breisgau können Ihnen nur wenige Köche das Wasser reichen. Ihr Sohn ist ein absolt perfekter "Maître d'hôtel" und Ihre Frau die ideale Patronin, mit bezauberndem, französischem Charme. Seit Jahren besuche ich Sie nun (mehrmals wöchentlich) und schätzte "L'art de vivre de Keller". Sie vermögen es (mit Kunst, Charme und Melone/n) immerzu, mich glücklich zu machen. Sie ermöglichen mir und meinem sensiblen Gaumen, Magen und Gehirn "art de la vie". Nach 40 Jahren als Hotel- und Restaurant-Kritiker kann ich das beurteilen. Kein noch lebender Kritiker hat vermutlich mehr (verschiedene) Hotels und Restaurants als ich getestet. LG Werner Semmler
