Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in Giugno per due notti nell'hotel Panorama, su consiglio di mia sorella che ci era stata lo scorso anno grazie ad una smart box. Hotel recentemente ristrutturato e molto bello. Posizione stupenda e tranquilla. La Sig.ra Grazia ci ha accolto e coccolato, se avete dei problemi o dubbi chiedete a lei e vi saprà aiutare. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, piatti della tradizione locale, cucina sana e leggera, colazione ottima e molto abbondante. I camerieri sono stati molto gentili. La SPA molto curata sicuramente da provare. Stupendi boschi e sentieri poco affollati. Puro relax! Esperienza da ripetere magari in inverno con la neve. Soggiorno prenotato con Smartbox. Nulla di speciale. Aspetti negativi: disponibilità del parcheggio limitata, mancanza di asciugamani viso e scendi doccia nella stanza, mancanza di sacchetto per il cestino del bagno, mancanza di frigo in camera, per la colazione erano presenti solo cibi confezionati, la piscina interna è un po' piccola per la quantità di ospiti presenti e il fondale era sporco, la vasca idromassaggio presenta le pareti piene di umidità Aspetti positivi: buona posizione e arredo interno ed esterno carino

Ho aggiornato per qualche giorno in questo hotel e mi sono trovato veramente molto bene. Il personale è gentilissimo è molto disponibile. La cucina era molto buona ed assolutamente merita. Lo consiglio a chiunque vorrà soggiornarvi buona giornata.

Siamo appena rientrati da 4 giorni splendidi all'hotel panorama a Malosco. Hotel splendido, la Sig.ra Grazia ci ha accolto e coccolato, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, piatti della tradizione, cucina per niente pesante, colazione ottima. Esperienza da ripetere magari in inverno con la neve.

"Soggiorno" da non rifare mai più. A prima vista l'hotel sembra meglio di come te lo aspetti, la camera che ci hanno dato molto carina, poi però abbiamo riscontrato come letto successivamente in altre recensioni, federa e lenzuola sporche. Il soggiorno sarebbe andato anche abbastanza bene se non fosse che avevamo la mezza pensione, ed in pensione ci siamo proprio sentiti, menù fisso senza possibilità di scelta tra primi e secondi, qualità da mensa e servizio molto molto lento. In più ti vendono la mezza pensione senza dirti nulla che le bevande sono escluse e te le ritrovi al check out. Ma la cosa che davvero mi ha lasciato senza parole è che un giorno siamo tornati dopo ore a camminare per poi scoprire una volta in camera che non c'era acqua calda! Senza essere neanche stati minimamente avvisati! Una volta chiamata la reception già ne erano conoscenza e non ci avevano detto niente ( gli siamo passati davanti poco prima), ma la cosa peggiore è che nonostante sapevano del disagio creato, non si è neanche vista l'ombra di una scusa o di un piccolo gesto per noi al check out... davvero maleducati.
