However, on the first night of check-in, the hotel fire alarm ran out of power and made a very sharp and harsh sound. We called the front desk and they said they would call someone, but they didn't come for half an hour. In the end, we had to remove the battery ourselves. The hotel just said sorry lightly without any compensation. In addition, we booked two orders for the same room type, which is equivalent to staying for one more night. We contacted Ctrip customer service and the hotel to communicate that the original room could be unchanged. When we arrived, the staff said that we needed to change rooms. Well, it's okay, I can understand it. I confirmed with the front desk the night before that I wanted to change rooms. In the morning, I packed my luggage and went to the front desk, and they said that I didn't need to change. There was no notice, and they even said they wanted to change rooms the night before.
