A very old and elegant hotel located at the end of a turquoise mountain lake: Lake Sils. As soon as we entered, our names were announced by the elegant gentleman who was always kind and humorous and made us feel at home. In Graubünden, there are almost no Chinese tourists, because you generally need to drive here to get there, but the unique Engadine area is really worth visiting. I highly recommend everyone to come to Maloja and stay in this traditional hotel. Looking at the green mountains and green waters, listening to the bells of cattle and sheep falling into sleep...

Maloja Palace is a classic gem in the Engadin. Overlooking Sils lake with breath-breath-taking views, it offers a very comfortable stay (the rooms are very spacious) and great value for money. Super schönes, gediegenes Hotel. Tolle, grosszügige Apartments mit Küchenzeile, sehr angenehm für längere, sportbetonte Aufenthalte. Direkt an der Langlaufloipe gelegen. Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.

Albergo incantevole e storico nel bel mezzo delle montagne, scenari incantevoli e lago ghiacciato su cui camminare! Per il resto finisce qua... La pulizia delle stanze era ok, muri scrostati nei corridoi, infissi risalenti probabilmente a quando è stato costruito l'hotel, rendendo vana la nomea, che si attribuiscono, di struttura ad impatto zero CO2. La reception assente la sera dopo le 21.30, inoltre il segretario poco gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo cenato ad un prezzo esagerato per quello che era il menù. i cocktail erano buoni e il responsabile in sala molto gentile e professionale. Buono il vino che ci ha consigliato. La colazione un disastro, pasta della sera prima al buffet, l'unica signora che si occupava della colazione ci guardava male ed era scortese... Evidentemente la direzione dell'hotel pensa più a caricare il proprio tornaconto che a far risaltare questo pezzo di storia passata, un vero peccato...

Very convenient place: we rented junior suite and it was very spacious, with well equipped kitchen, perfect sound insulation, amazing views from the windows - mountains and the lake. 6 minutes drive to ski lift at Sils, 15 minutes to Corviglia ski lifts. A lot of nature and well groomed pedestrian trails right from the entrance. Old sharm of the building and good amenities in the suite. Very clean.
