The room's heating system was malfunctioning. No phones in the rooms. A leak in the bathroom. The next morning when the tranquility of my stay was shattered by the deafening noise of renovation work. It felt as though the ceiling was being torn apart. Making it impossible to rest or even concentrate. When I contacted reception from my mobile phone ( no phones in the room) to voice my concerns, I was met with dismissiveness and a claim that there had been prior notice of the renovation work. However, this was not the case, as I had not been informed, and the noise level was beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. As someone who suffers from migraines, the loud noise exacerbated my condition and caused significant distress. Upon checking out, I discovered that a notice about the renovation work had been placed in the reception area. This underhanded tactic further compounded my frustration, as it felt like an attempt to shift blame rather than acknowledge the hotel's responsibility for the disturbance. Overall, my experience at the Best Western Plus Hotel Noble House was deeply disappointing. Despite its promising location, the lack of communication, maintenance issues, and disruptive renovation work overshadowed any positives. I urge potential guests to reconsider staying at this hotel until they address these significant shortcomings and prioritize the comfort and well-being of their patrons. Malme is the second time. I stayed for 4 nights this time. I was worried many times at some hotels in front of the station, and I stopped the hotel I originally decided and decided to do it here. The hotel is clean, and although it makes you feel the history of a good old hotel, the water area is very clean and the drainage is good. It was also equipped with something to dry the laundry. It was also a 5-minute location from the station, and it was very convenient for sightseeing because it was in the center of the city. Breakfast is plentiful, the venue is nice, and is it a pub during the day? It seems to be used as a pub and the decoration is wonderful! The seat width with the next door is also quite taken and not cramped! There was a noise review but our room was a soundproof door and I didn't mind. Also cleaning was really polite. The staff were also kind. If you have a chance to come to Malmo again, I will definitely make this hotel! Traveling to Europe is long, but definitely within 3rd place of all the time! it's recommended!

Fantastic location, close to the train station! We initially had some issues with Google maps pointing is in the wrong way, but once found, it was brilliantly situated near the train station. There isn't much to do in Malmo, so if you're hungry, it's conjuction to pop across to the train station for food and drinks. The hotel is very dated, but that is what gives it some personality, it has the old school lifts on the first floor and if you have heavy bags and they put you on floors 4 or 5, I hope the receptionist is kind enough to tell you that the lifts work in zig zags, as ours didn't, didn't even mention there was another lift and so we had to carry our very heavy bags up several flights of stairs. We were not amused. Perhaps, they didn't not feel like explaining the lifts but it would have been appreciated if they had! Breakfast is downstairs in the basement, which sounds daunting but they make up the area nicely. Food is acceptable and plenty of choice. The rooms as musty smelling but that's due to the sheer age of the place.

We stayed a couple nights and really liked the location. We liked that you signed up for a time slot for breakfast to help spread out the amount of people getting breakfast at a time. The room is extremely basic which is their concept. It is an easy walk from the train station with luggage but due to our timing we were there early. There is a place to drop your bags but they had a room open and offered it for an extra price. We ended up on the 6th floor with only a sky light window above the bed which isn't what we thought when we had booked a window room. There is no air conditioning so we had the window open all the time except for when raining. When booking the room we had difficulty with the language barrier. We accidentally booked 2 rooms instead of 1 and although we tried to remedy the situation as soon as we found out a couple months before our stay the hotel never responded. Then the first night of our stay we got an email asking when my husband was checking in so we went to the front desk to explain. The receptionist saw the correspondence they hadn't answered us and said the rooms we had booked were non-refundable. It ended up being a pretty expensive stay when we added up the room we stayed in, the extra room, and the extra fee we paid to get into a room before check in for our luggage. It really put a damper on our visit to Malmo. Be careful when booking here because any mistake could be an expensive one since they don't seem to be very flexible.

Had one night stay in this hotel and we arrived late, we were disappointed that no elevator from parking level to the main lobby and we were forced to carry the luggage all the way up on the staircase. Was told this is because old building but still not convincing! The room was specious and very organised and clean. The breakfast was very good and very rich with many options to chose from, special thanks to Asem at the restaurant/ breakfast for being nice with us. There is no free parking for the hotel and must use the basement paid parking

This hotel is located in a sort of industrial estate, about 1.5 km outside the center. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel with very regular departures to the center. However, the hotel disappoints. Very warm inside, without air conditioning or climate control. Desk staff not very helpful with upgrades and wrong explanations about public transport. It seems like they have no interest in their guests. No fridge in the room and 2 twin beds instead of queen size bed. Breakfast is fine, but dinner is not available on weekends. What a letdown and missed opportunity. Many surprised guests. No, this hotel is definitely not worth its 4 stars. 3 stars maximum but nothing more. Unfortunately, this hotel will not see this guest again.

Two of us spent a week at UNITY Malmö and used it as a base for exploring the city, the surrounding area and Copenhagen. Positives: Everything is brand new, stylish and very organised. A lot of thought has clearly gone into things. Wi-Fi super fast, but frustratingly prone to drop outs. Gym is just about big enough for a decent work out. Negatives: The studio room was organised with a good amount of storage but just a little bit small and cramped. The kitchen was cramped. There’s a space for everything but nowhere for things to go if you actually want to use it! No clear recycling policy. They don’t provide you with kitchen paper, a kitchen towel or washing-up liquid. There’s a small dishwasher but it’s a bit OTT to use it after each time you cook. You have to use a very noisy extractor if you cook to avoid setting off the fire/smoke alarms. They could use some clearer instructions for new arrivals - eg you need up lift the bed up to find the second duvet; some of the cupboards look like blank panels but are push-open. Bed is too small for two people. The biggest negative is the location. It’s not good. Inconvenient, out of the centre (take the bus or walk for 30 mins) and nowhere near anything you might want/need.

We stayed in a family room for 5 nights, the room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The lobby had plenty of board games, table tennis, bike hire and a great café bar. There was a great selection for breakfast, including cooked and cold options; pancakes were a firm favourite with our children! We would highly recommend this hotel to families, across the road from Malmö central train station and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful - a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay – staff were friendly, place was clean, there were rooms for a family of five (seemingly an amazing find in and around Lund!) and the breakfast was amazing!! At least for anyone visiting in the near future though I would highly recommend earplugs (which we luckily remembered) as the windows desperately need changing – which they are in the process of doing. We stayed during a storm and the windows were so poor it was almost as windy inside as it was out! Our children had fun in the pool, but we were caught short on our first visit without having shower gel/ shampoo with us and 2 of them ended up very itchy for the rest of the day, simply from the extreme amounts of chlorine in the pool – of course it's better this way then them getting sick, but remember proper soap and moisturiser for afterwards – the soap canisters were nearly empty (or not working properly). The hotel is quite far out but bus connection was good and we never waited long for a bus. Would definitely consider going back!

This new hotel is directly on the tram line from Lund Central to ESS, hence very practical for visiting the numerous R&D places along this line. It is modern, staff is friendly, rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast is overall good, though coffee is terrible and you have to pay extra for proper espresso. There is a small gym decently equipped. Unfortunately instead of a good spinning bike, there is some weird thing with moving arms, making serious training impossible.
