Hotels in Malmo City Center, Malmo

Rooms were just ok, nothing special given the rate rendered. At first checked in, I was shocked with the dilapitated room with awful smell. I asked the receptionist to change my room immediately and she obliged. First room was given facing directly the train station which is dusty and noisy. Room is extremely basic, just like a hostel.  Breakfast however was amazing. A lot of amenities and choices. I am most happy with the fast wifi as I work remote, so a fast wifi helps a lot. Will I return? No Another thing i needed to higlight is, after checking out, the hotel will charge you if you want to store your luggage. This is unacceptable in my books

The lady at the front desk said there were biscuits and tea for reception, and hot water was provided, which was rare. I booked a standard room with two 80cm beds next to each other. The room was a bit small and the bathroom was a bit crowded, but it was only one night, so it was not a big problem. In the morning, the hotel provided a buffet breakfast, which was quite good, with a full variety, and I was full. The yogurt was delicious, and there were fruits. I gave it another +1. Compared with other hotels, it is quite affordable and cost-effective.

The location is very strategic, require a walk about 10min from the Malmo central station. The hotel also very near to the shopping street. The breakfast is very good, they serve delicious swedish cheese, salami and liver paste. The room doesn't come with air conditioner, its quite stuffy , need to open windows for ventilation. Can hear people talking on and car racing on the street at midnight

Hotel location is perfect. Very close to central train station and city center. Breakfast was convenient and stuff was friendly. However, hotel is not new and cleaning is not perfect (not disturbing but also not perfect)

I stayed a second time in the hotel, because the first time was already so nice.  Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very fine hotel. We enjoyed our stay. There was a little bubble with check-in as we had changed the dates and this was not properly passed. We received very friendly service and a fine compensation for the disorder, both from the hotel and Trip.com.

Great location, close to central station.. fantastic hospitality.. liked the way the staff welcomed and the pleasant conversation. Food was excellent.. neat and clean rooms, even the checkout was smooth. This is place where we will go again if opportunity comes..

The old building, the elevator is very old, the castle has an atmosphere for breakfast, not too much. The furniture in the room is hundreds of years old, the bathroom is very small, it was remodeled later, and there is no refrigerator.

It was generally very good hotel. However, when we got there there was no bed for our son in our family room. I asked for a bed three times and finally at 8 o’clock in the evening, I had to go down to the reception and collect the bed sheets and one of the receptionists got the bed on our room and we had to set the bed up. Poor housekeeping. However, the room was great specious. The temperature control was not appropriate, too hot. Parking was not convenient either, a lot too pay really.

This was an amazing hotel and the best part about it was all the free food! It’s on a quiet street but only minutes from the centre and Lilla Torg. Room was a decent size, modern and with a heated floor in the bathroom. I stayed over the weekend so was able to have Fika (coffee and cakes) in the afternoon, followed by a buffet dinner at 6 pm. Quality was great. The breakfast, the next morning was brilliant with so many hot and cold options including a waffle maker. I didn’t need to eat until the evening after that. Not sure if the quantity/variety of food is the same during the week when it’s quieter but it was so worth the room price and I would definitely stay again.
