Häftig elektronisk dusch som tyvärr inte fungerade i mer än några minuter.
Saknade luftkonditionering eller iallafall ett luftinsläpp. Sängarna var ganska hårda

A very unique stay
We had the most wonderful stay at this fantastic hotel. Our room had great beds and a bathtub in the livingroom with a unique view of the city. The room and the breakfast at Ruth has been one of the best stays for a very long time, and the employees were so serviceminded! We Will be back for sure and hopefully soon!

Dejligt personale !
Dejlig hotel, super personale!
Desværre fik vi ikke vores bestilte værelse.
Personalet gjordet et godt arbejde, men desværre måtte vi nøjes med er dårligere værelse end det bestilte !
Desuden var der ikke muligt at se internationalt TV!
Morgenmaden var MEGET kedeligt, så vi endte med at finder morgenmad ude i byen.

Fin svit men medioker städning
Mycket fin svit med balkong och bekväma sängar samt snygga möbler i övrigt.
Något dålig städning då det låg några långa svarta hårstrån på golvet i badrummet samt att det stank avlopp där. Jag spolade en lång stund i dschen och badkaret och fick då efter en stund bort lukten, något som personlaen borde gjort när de ändå var uppe och ställde in extrasängen. En översyn av hela rummet helt enkelt.
Bortsett från det en fin vistelse!

Fantastisk.
Skønneste dejligste ophold, på en lille perle. Hotellet ligger helt eminent mod vandet og byen, og tæt på byen.
Vi nød at gå ned i byen og spise - og nød lokationen. Vi havde et værelse med badekar på værelse, altså inde i selve rummet med sengen og dette agav en helt speciel stemning - at sidde og kigge ud på livet i Malmø.
Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.
