First time in Malmo and we came upon this hotel. Love every bit of it. A small room but perfect for us. We reached early and was told to pay $150 for early check in but we find it unreasonable and didn’t proceed with it. However they have a storage that comes with a lock for us to store our luggage while we wait for the check in time. Other than that, the stay was great :)

La struttura è nuova, è anche uno spazio di co-working ed una palestra. Stanze piccole ma pulite e funzionali. Dalla stazione è un po' distante, circa 2 km. Equivalente distanza dal centro, è una bella camminata. Tutto sommato però non male.

Das Hotel ist an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße gelegen und selbst in den oberen Etagen hört man den Lärm. Aber dafür kann das Personal ja nichts. Anders sieht das mit den Betten aus: schmale Betten für 2 Personen ( ging ja noch), aber nur ein schmales Oberbett für zwei Leute, das geht gar nicht. Das Frühstück für 125 SEK ( umgerechnet rund 12 €) sollte man sich besser sparen. Es gibt 1/2 Sandwich ( wahlweise mit Käse oder Geflügelwurst), 1 St Obst oder Joghurt, 1 kleines Gebäckteilchen ( Mini- Croissant o.ä.) und Kaffee und Saft. Satt wird man so nicht :-/ Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht eindeutig, da nicht mal die Mitarbeiter zu wissen scheinen, wo man für wieviel Geld parken darf/ kann. Zumindest hat man eine kleine Küchenzeile im Zimmer mit Kühlschrank.

Appartamento pulito anche se molto piccolo…. La bassa recenzione è data dalla mancanza di asciugamani (uno grande ed uno piccolo in totale x 2 persone), colazione deludente: poco varia e di bassa qualità, personale molto scortese: abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni per il caldo soffocante in camera oppure indicazioni per la lavanderia, ci hanno risposto in maniera sbrigativa e molto scocciati senza risolvere i problemi ovviamente in un inglese approssimativo…. Posizione abbastanza vicina al centro comunque vicino ai mezzi pubblici 🐾🐾

Ondanks dat wij bij aankomst pas de minder goede reviews lazen, viel het eigenlijk wel mee. Een leuke inkom en leuke plaats om rustig te zitten achterin. Het nadeel is inderdaad wel dat er geen airco is. Toen wij er verbleven was het niet zo heel warm maar we kregen een ventilator aangeboden en dat was voldoende. Voor de rest was het er wel proper. Het ontbijt was erg sober maar was dan ook niet duur. Voor een uitgebreider ontbijt is er keuze in de stad. Misschien wel eerder een aparthotel voor de jongere generatie.

I stayed in a studio apartment with kitchenette, clean and equipped with all comforts. At the reception they are kind and helpful. Honest prices.

Terrible experience!! I never recommend this hotel to anyone. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. If you are staying in summer, you cannot imagine how hot it is. Also, the room is dusty and the cleaners do a sloppy job. The hotel manager is a problematic woman, you never get an answer about your complains, she doesn't care about anyone but herself. The barception is relatively better but they cannot help you and take responsibility themselves. Take also into account how noisy the hotel will be with people talking loudly in front of the window in the dead of night. And of course the hotel still can't do anything.

I Would definitely NOT recommend it! Very disappointing and bad service! I honestly wish I never booked it at all…..They only think about themselves and their needs and do not care for you as customer even if they say it! Bad location, bad service and definitely bad booking choice ever!
