Prettige accomodatie. Mooi pand, prima ontvangst en afhandeling check-in. Nette kamer en bed met prima matras. Douche en toilet waren nieuw. Ontbijt was ook prima geregeld. Enige kritische noot is meer een advies nl. neem een handdoek op in het standaardarrangement. Net als je beddengoed wil je ook geen eigen handdoek meenemen als het voor kiest in een hostel te overnachten. Het was snel geregeld voor €1,50 maar het voelt alsof dat de dienstverlening nog verder verbeterd.

I stayed there with my 8-year-old son during our Ardennes cycling trip last summer. Great welcome, the staff was very kind and provided everything we needed to secure the bikes at night, relax and enjoy the comfort after the day's stage! Aperitif in the sun on the lower terrace, play area for the children... it was perfect! We had the meal there which was delicious and plentiful! The atmosphere was great in the common room after meals, but we couldn't enjoy it because our beds were calling us. And the next day, we set off again with our stomachs full from breakfast where nothing is missing! This stage left us with very good memories! Thank you again

One of the best youth hostels in Belgium. Price /quality. Clean. Very decent breakfast.

Nous avons passé le réveillon à l', auberge. Très belle ambiance, promenade en journée dans les Fagnes, repas excellent, et superbe animation avec le DJ DAN. Le lendemain petit déjeuner complet. Beau démarrage pour 2025. Merci à toutes l'équipe, bravo à la gérante.

MYH ligger fint i skov-bjergområde i Ardennerne - et par km udenfor Malmedy. Et hostel med skrabede værelser - helt uden komfort: ikke bord, stole, hylder, opbevaring til bagage - fem personer i et rum betyder mange kufferter på gulvet. Ingen knagerækker så tøj kunne hænges efter brug.
Ikke en hylde at lægge værditing, briller, punge, nøgler mm.
Meget få stik-kontakter. Intet TV eller kogekande til kaffe, ingen kopper mm.
Svingende Wifi signal på værelset - bedre i receptionsområdet.
Sengene er udmærkede.
Venligt og hjælpsom personale. Fedt udområde til morgenmaden...
Meen....komforten burde være bedre...

La chambre est propre, la literie confortable. Le parking est un peu trop petit pour le nombre de chambres. Impossibilité d'y prendre ses repas. Le vendredi, rien de prévu. Le samedi privatisé. (Nous sommes allés à Malmédy, l'esprit sain, excellent et friterie tb.) Le plus pénible étant les 2 bourrés du vendredi qui sont rentrés vers 0h15. Ont commencé par mettre de la musique à fond, puis ont engagé une partie de ping pong en gueulant. Le matin un peu avant 7h , réveil avec la brabançonne avec un niveau sonore très haut, puis d'autres chansons. Possiblement 2 habitués. La réceptionniste en parlant au collègue, en les nommant par leur prénom et disant qu'elle avait refusé d'en servir un bien atteint. Le samedi, c'est Jean-Michel et son acolyte (2 autres) qui ont également commencé à jour au ping pong en beuglant, vers minuit. J'ai entendu la personne dans la chambre à côté bouger dans son lit, mais, elle ne s'est pas manifestée. Au vue d'autres avis, les nommés cowboys, sont coutumiers des faits. Heureusement, le reste de la nuit fut calme. Sinon petit- déjeuner ok, pain et céréales, boison végétale, sans gluten, sans lactose, mais que de la pâte à tartiner pour accompagner. Le beurre est en portion au frigo, à côté de la margarine en pot collectif (contamination croisée). Le reste varié. Situation idéale, signal de Botrange à 6 kms, cinéma à 1,1 km, Malmedy 2 kms,...

Ik kom al heel lang in de hostel. Het is er fijn, rustig, prachtige omgeving. Personeel is erg aardig en hulpvaardig. Zeker de moeite waard.
