Mooi hotel, goed ontvangst. Mooie kamer. Wellness, restaurant en bar ondermaats. Slechte cocktails, niet lekker eten (prijs kwaliteit niet goed) en personeel die alcohol drinkt tijdens de service waardoor dit ook niet top was. Triestig voor een vier sterren hotel.

Je viens chez vous depuis l ouverture et en moyenne 1 x par mois... chambre très bien, personnels sympathiques... je change de société donc je ne serais plus client. Points négatifs : tjrs la même carte, foie gras à éviter...dernière chose que j ai vu ce matin, les tasses au petit déjeuner ne sont plus sur les tables pas top. Pour les plus de 80 nuits que j ai passé chez vous, on ne m a jamais proposé l accès piscine où autres c est pas très commercial... . Le proposer cela ne veut pas dire l utiliser. Je reviendrai certainement à titre privé, dans l ensemble c est très bien. Je garde une belle image de ma dernière soirée, de l accueil du barman et de ses collaboratrices. Bonne continuation.

Ontbijt zeer gevarieerd en uitgebreid. Bedden zijn goed en 2 verschillende kussens zodat je zelf kan beslissen of je graag een steviger of zachter kussen hebt. Wellness vonden wij ook een aanrader. Zelf zijn we 's avonds naar de welness gegaan en was het zeer rustig. We hebben de volle 2 uur genoten van de hamam, sauna en zwembad. We zijn niet in het restaurant dus hier kan ik niets over vertellen. Minpuntje: Wifi werkt niet naar behoren. Ik kon met mijn smartphone niet op de wifi geraken, mijn man met een oudere smartphone lukte het wel. Uiteindelijk ben ik op de wifi kunnen gaan door de wifi van de tv (eigenlijk om te kunnen casten). Casten van laptop naar tv ging wel goed!

De kamer was netjes, proper en dik in orde. Daarentegen had mijn partner een walk en relax geboekt voor mijn verjaardag..maar sloeg dat tegen.de welness, koud zwembad, koude ruimte..gladde vloer, schoven constant uit! Geen vloer voor in een welness, geen welness gevoel..het opgietwater rook vies.je had het koud, als je uit het zwembad kwam..je kon niet relaxen vande koude. en na nog geen uur, maar besloten eruit te gaan. Dan de zogezegde wandelroute die ze voor ons hadden uitgestippeld van 18 km..was een ramp! Niets gezien van Malmedy..alleen een weg langs de autostrade..aangekomen op onze zogezegde gastronomische tussenstop kregen we wat kaasjes en een stuk salami en wat augurken, met een frisdrank.dat noemt men een gastronomische MENU...echt heel triestig...dan maar zelf een route uitgestippeld terug naar het hotel. Het ontbijt was ook maar hel pauvre voor toch een 4* Hotel... Broodjes niet aangevuld en al de rest maar heel matig. Voor ons geen t****e keer. Dus een aanrader Neen dank u.

Nous étions dans une suite et quelle chambre! Magnifique... L'énorme bain à bulles au top! Il y faisait très calme. Petit-déjeuner parfait aussi. Mon mari étant cœliaque, il y avait même des cracottes sans gluten. Petit séjour très agréable.
