I've stayed here a few times on business trips. It's not the same as before. The windows are not closed or not closed. It's not as clean as before.

這酒店意思前台看不見訂單嗎？給客人訂了兩間房 大半夜的打電話問我訂的是哪種房型，怎麼回事，而且房間衞生根本沒打掃，被子亂七八糟的，打電話到前台態度還不行，一個勁的推脱責任，説什麼攜程訂單是老闆搞的你們不知道，作為一個前台這是你的工作態度嗎，客人有問題不應該及時給客人落實清楚給出解決方案嗎，後來又打了兩個電話前台直接掛斷，請問像這樣子的酒店怎麼讓客人住的安心？真差
