Perfetto in tutto: 1)Scambio di e-mail al momento della prenotazione, in cui si sono rivelati precisi e puntuali, 2) Arrivo in struttura, dove si offrono gentilmente di parcheggiare loro la macchina nel loro garage 3) Camera junior suite spaziosa e con divano letto perfetto 4) Piscina e SPA di altissimo livello, con bagno turco, diverse saune e area per soli adulti all’ultimo piano 5) Colazione e cena di altissimo livello sia per servizio, vastità di scelta e qualità delle pietanze 6) Gentilezza di tutto il personale, dalla reception alla sala ristorante, per terminare con le cameriere Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, consigliatissimo

Un vero Luxury hotel, tutto perfetto, stanza grande ben rifinita, perfettamente attrezzata, servizi eccellenti, piscine molto belle, interna ed esterna, SPA grande con saune e bagno turco tutto perfettamente funzionante ed attrezzato, colazione buona e personale cortese e disponibile. BRAVI Se proprio vogliano indicare una possibile miglioria diciamo che nel mio caso il letto matrimoniale è composto da due materassi singoli e questo non è il massimo, ma per il resto nulla da dire. Prezzo non particolarmente elevato considerando lo standard dell'hotel.

Wir waren für 1woche im Hotel Riva. Von Anfang an haben wir uns sehr wohl und sehr willkommen gefühlt, das Riva ist ein sehr modernes Hotel gebaut in 2029 mit ausgeaehlten hochwertigen Materialien, sei es in den Zimmern ,welche sehr groß sind oder in der Loung , der Terasse dem innen und Aussenpoounddersaunalandschaft. Wir hatten Halbpensiongebucht und haben eine excellence Kûche genossen. Wir haben uns jeden Abend auf das erstklassige 5 Gänge Menü und den außerordentlichen Service am Tisch gefreut. Hier möchte ich den hervorragenden humorvollen Ober Josip aus Kanada extra loben, denn er hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge und kulinarisches gegeben das Hotel ist sehr sauber, alles sehr hygienisch,im Aufzug richt es immer gut und frisch. Die Zimmer mit großem Balkon sind wunderbar tolle Dusche und alle Mateerialien geschmackvoll gewählt, klasse Klimaanlage!

Wir haben uns spontan für einen Urlaub auf Krk entschieden und sind im Hotel Riva nicht enttäuscht worden. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr modern, die Zimmer sind wirklich groß und sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit extra Zimmer für unsere Tochter. Der Blick auf die Marina sowie die Insel Cres war jeden Tag sehr beeindruckend. Besonders möchte ich den Poolbereich hervorheben, da wir eher gemischtes Wetter hatten, waren der beheizte Innenpool und der Whirlpool echte Lebensretter. Falls das Wetter mitspielt kann man das Meer aber auch am benachbarten Badeplatz genießen. Erwähnenswert ist auf jeden Fall auch noch das ausgezeichnete Essen, das man bei Halbpension jeden Abend serviert bekommt. Wir waren von dem 5-Gänge-Menü jeden Tag wieder begeistert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent. The staff, service, food, comfort, cleanliness. It exceeded all our expectations. The beds comfotable too. Rooms are really big and beautiful. The pools nice, towels at hand. Wir waren das dritte Mal in diesen wunderschönen Hotel! Dieses Mal haben wir nicht nur Frühstück sondern Halbpension gebucht! Es war ein Volltreffer! Das Essen war genial! Wir haben uns jeden Tag auf das Essen gefreut! Mit Ausnahme der Vorspeisen und Salate vom Buffet wird anschließend ein 4 Gänge Menü serviert! Alles hat wunderbar geschmeckt und es war sehr abwechslungsreich! Einmal bekamen wir als Hauptgang eine ganze gegrillte Goldbrasse! Vorzügliche kroatische Weine! Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung im Restaurant und in der Bar! Frau Maja im SPA war sensationell! Massagen, Gesichtsbehandlungen und Pediküre waren erstklassig! Auch die Beratung war TOP! This Luxury hotel was opened in 2019, and is located in the centre of the Malinska on the Island of Krk. Because it was opened so recently, everything is very modern and quite new. I do not have enough superlatives to describe our stay here! Firstly our suite was superb, with an extremely comfortable bed, extraordinary soft shower, two sinks, a bidet and heated towel rail. The room safe was enormous! Our balcony had a private jacuzzi and loungers with a beautiful views of the sea. The hotel facilities include a fabulous spa, fitness centre, indoor and outdoor pools and several different types of saunas including an Adult view sauna. The property does not have a business centre, but the ever helpful reception will reconfirm your flights. The staff were attentive, helpful and empathetic, and the service everywhere was outstanding. We have stayed at many 5* resorts world wide, but I can't remember any where your breakfast table is chosen for you according to room number, but the excellent breakfast compensates for this. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend anyone to do the same! Well done!!!

E' il terzo anno che passo un periodo di ferie in questo Albergo e mi sono sempre trovato molto bene. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, camere molto belle e luminose, ottima scelta di menù e vini, garage coperto gratuito. Se mi posso permettere, un piccolo neo! Le condizioni generali prevedono che, in caso di partenza anticipata, la locazione va pagata interamente. Sono d'accordo. Penso però che la partenza di un giorno prima, dovuta alla morte di un famigliare stretto, considerato che sono cliente da tre anni, un atto di cortesia sarebbe stato molto gradito. A parte questo però raccomando vivamente questa struttura alberghiera!
