Room very standard with no style and elegance Food as good as a restaurant in a discounter supermarket. No taste. Restaurant Onda... catastrophic. Hotel loud .... music running every night until midnight Far away to be a 5 stars.... at least 3.5

Recently stayed at this delightful beach resort. The service and staff were wonderful. The food and drink were plentiful too. It's only 15 minutes from the local airport and within easy reach of many local attractions like the marine park.

La migliore esperienza provata in qualsiasi resort , staff super gentile e sempre pronto a risolvere se hai qualche problema , cibo veramente buono sia italiano che per il resto delle altre cucine , il miglior all inclusive che abbia ottenuto , non paragonabile ad altri resort , tornerò di sicuro

Der Service im Hotel war wirklich sehr gut (hervorheben wollen wir Francis, der wirklich ausgesprochen engagiert und höflich ist). Der Service am Strand könnte noch etwas verbessert werden. Die Hotelanlage ist sauber und gepflegt und das Essen sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Einmal die Woche gibt es sogar ein Galadinner. Gefallen hat uns, dass es an der Strandbar auch die Möglichkeit gibt, Snacks a la carte zu bestellen. Das Kudu-Camp ist absolut empfehlenswert. Schön wäre, wenn es am Hotelstrand ein paar mehr Sonnenschirme geben würde. Das Animationsprogramm beinhaltet sehr viel Karaoke, was unserer Meinung nach etwas reduziert werden könnte. Das Hotel könnte etwas mehr darauf achten, dass die Beachboys einen nicht über die Mauer belästigen. Alles in allem wurde uns jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen und sich nach unserem Wohlergehen erkundigt.

Veramente un ottima Esperanza nel periodo di maggio “ bassa stagione “ abbiamo iniziato il nostro soggiorno con Alcuni problemi con la tv e il frigo che non funzionavano bene , ma lo staff ha risolto immediatamente , veramente contenti , per quanto riguardo il cibo veramente buono e staff super cordiale , super consigliato per italiani

The room was spectacularly spacious, including the bathroom. The turn down service was sufficient. I thoroughly enjoyed my meals and found them quite expansive and tasty. They could probably switch up the pasta and vegetarian sections but for a first experience, it was lovely. Sorry abt the poor quality images; I could get stills from a video.

Most guests at Diamonds are on an all-inclusive plan and the staff behave as such … service fairly slow, not too worried about the proper preparation of e.g. a cocktail. This does not work so well if you are on bed & breakfast and have to pay for that cocktail. On the other hand, there is a great restaurant on the beach nearby (Maasai Malindian) which you might miss if you have all your meals on the resort. Sunbeds are very scarce, otherwise the resort is karge and fairly luxurious.

Nous sommes revenus en mars pour la quatrième fois et c'est toujours un plaisir d'y revenir. Nous sommes très attachés à avoir une chambre au Sandies, mais cette année une chambre au Diamond nous avait été réservée, mais notre souhait était de séjourner au Sandies. Nous tenons à remercier très sincèrement Laura qui s'est assurée de notre bonne installation d'une chambre en rez-de-chaussée, mon mari ayant des problèmes aux genoux. L'ensemble du personnel est très gentil, à l'accueil, au restaurant, à la plage, l'animation par Pauline et Nicolas. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr.
