Beautiful property. Very relaxing. There was some highway noise at night. Hot tub was not very hot (more like a small heated pool), but still lovely and enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious.

My stay was very pleasant and the service was exceptional. The hotel is allocated in the beautiful countryside next to Malinalco with a direct view on the surrounding hills. The breakfast was great and my room was very nice. The complex is lovingly designed and offers plenty of space in the countryside.

Team was friendly, very helpful and welcoming, property is beautiful, breakfast is delish.
Some things to note:
It is not close to town, so, consider you´ll have to hire transportation if you are not driving.
It is surrounded by nature, so especially during rainy season, you might find bugs here and there.
Also, there are three different arches in Malinalco, so make sure you refer to the ones closest to the property as the ones with the Nieves (Ice cream) the one with the image of a man.
Malinalco is a beautiful, underrated place. Hopefully its collective transportation infrastructure will progress so more people can enjoy of its enchantment.

Es un lugar muy hermoso, completo de áreas verdes, muy bien cuidado, un ambiente muy relajante. Fuimos con mis 2 perritos y el campo para que puedan correr y jugar es amplio. En cuanto a la atención, el personal es muy amable, cordial y servicial en todo momento, nos permitieron sentirnos como en casa, lo que agradecemos mucho. Y cuentan con servicio de spa, que también lo recomiendo y la actividad que tienen de fogata, fue una grata experiencia. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme en Paraje Real Malinalco.

Es un lugar muy bonito y todo el personal es atento y amable. La vista es hermosa y te sientes muy relajado. Permiten llevar a tus mascotas y te apoyan con camitas y bebederos.

El lugar es bellísimo y el servicio atento y eficiente. La idea de poner una chimenea de barro en la terraza, hace que la velada sea muy agradable. Pero tienen muchas áreas de mejora: un mueble para colgar y guardar la ropa, luz apropiada para leer de noche, cuidar mucho más las toallas.

Fuimos a hacer uso del servicio de masajes y jacuzzi. El lugar es hermoso, tranquilo. Las instalaciones se encuentran en excelentes condiciones de limpieza y en muy buen estado. La atención del personal fue muy cordial y profesional. Muchas gracias por esta experiencia!!
