Wonderful hotel with private beach
This us a wonderful hotel with a private beach and huge pool. The meals were excellent and everything is spacious. We had a wonderful stay.

Decent three star hotel
Decent three star resort, rooms are appropriate and clean, food was enough, mostly ok. We missed a more authentic Greek menu. Except for the breakfast coffee and juices, drinks need to be bought, even something as simple as water and ice. All other beach services are separatedly charged including sunbeds and umbrella. Kudos to the personnel who made the stay very enjoyable.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal. Das Frühstück und Abendbrot war ordentlich als Buffet zubereitet mit einer breiten Auswahl. Außerdem waren die Zimmer ordentlich und wurden täglich geputzt. Es war für uns als Familie eine schöne Zeit.

Wir waren zu jedem Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes bestens aufgehoben. Freundliches Personal. Das Buffet war für uns ausreichend und lecker. Natürlich gibt es immer etwas zu meckern, dass Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war für uns mehr als Perfekt. Die Zimmer waren immer im ordentlichen Zustand. Die Außenanlage Top gepflegt! Auch für uns alls eher Wasserscheu, hat das Baden im Meer spass gemacht, da der Strand sehr seicht abfällt und man sehr weit rein laufen kann. Das bezahle für die Strandliegen hat uns nicht gestört, da dies an jedem Strandabschnitt so üblich ist. Man kann aber auch sein eigenes Handtuch mitbringen und sich an den Hotelstrand legen, das kostet nichts. Da das Hotel optimal zwischen Malia und Stalis liegt hat man natürlich kürzere Wege zu laufen um ein vielfältigeres Angebot an Unterhatung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu nutzen. Der Service insbesondere an der Bar ist sehr gut. Sehr schöner Strand mit klaren Wasser. Der Zugang ist gut für kleine Kinder geeignet. Es ist sehr lange flach. Je nach Tageszeit sind ein paar Wellen vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich gemacht. Das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr freundlich. Einiger Mängel, der jedoch nicht alle Zimmer betrifft, war ein Schrank ohne Ablagefläche. Insgesamt ein Hotel, dass auf den Erwartungen besser gerecht wurde als gedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Food 10/10 delish Drinks excellent cocktails Staff friendly chatty helpful Oh except for the security man used the bathroom just before leaving he informed us we wouldn't be doing that again (whilst my husband waited at the entrance near the beach) and I said excuse me he asked if I understood English and informed me I wouldnt be doing that again as it is reserved only for guests of the hotel I tried to inform him we had just eaten and drank there he walked away and ignored me.......... Rude...... What a shame

Struttura molto bella fronte mare, ristorante buffet con varietà e cibo nella norma ma per quanto riguarda il personale del ristorante (le due donne) scortesi e di una maleducazione allucinante, non mi era mai capitato di dover togliere e pulire i piatti alla fine di ogni pasto, altra cosa negativa la domenica non fanno pulizie delle stanze.

Wir sind aktuell hier und fühlen uns sehr wohl. Sehr nettes Personal. Gutes Essen. Traumhafter Strand. Mietwagenstand und Tourenguide direkt gegenüber und unzählige Restaurants und Bars fußläufig erreichbar. Preise für Getränke und Kleinigkeiten für mittags angemessen und lecker. Einzigster "Kritikpunkt" ist für uns persönlich die Frühstückszeit von 7:30 bis 9:30 Uhr. Da fänden wir 10:00 Uhr oder 10:30 Uhr besser. Aber alles andere ist prima. :)
