To start from the beginning! We arrived on Monday around 2pm, room was ready, check in experience was very nice! Room is nice, clean and tidy! Good start! Once we arrived on the beach, no beds, plus NO TOWELS! Ok it can happen, but after asking few employees to help me get towels they send me to the spa to get some by myself or to take one from my room. Informed receptionist, he couldn’t care less! To get service on the beach took 35min, in the end went alone to order on the bar! Waiter apologized saying that they are short with staff, and that is all that he can say! Going out, asking for a car , that they parked and we don’t know where it is, they send us to look for it somewhere on the parking, in the end when we said that we dont feel like doing that, they got us a car. Turn down service was good, except dirty cleaning cloth left in the room on the door to the bathroom! Decided to rent a bike for few hours! Reception suggested to get one from Alhambra hotel! Great! When asked if they can give them a call and book for us, they sent us to go there and book it alone as they can not help! Never seen something like this in my life! We stayed in quite a few 5 star hotels and this one is all but not 5 star service hotel! This employees are left alone to deal with all this volume with no management support what can be seen immediately! Such a shame!
