I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star and this was kind of a gem. The people here are fantastic! It’s beautiful away from the small town of Mali Losinj. Very quiet evening walks or evening swims if you prefer. They treated my mom and I very well. Thank you.

Überfülltes Hotel
Das Hotel war leider zu überfüllt, im Speisesaal war die reinste Katastrophe und ein zu starker Lärmpegel. Das Essen war nicht sonderlich gut und die Zeiten zum Essen waren für Kinder nicht passend. Noch dazu kommt das es zwar ein Familien Hotel war aber es für Kinderwägen total unpassend war da es zu viele Stiegen gab und der Weg zum Pool sogar nur mit Stufen erreichbar war.

This is not our first stay at this hotel. We had a perfect holiday here last year, which is why we decided to return. Unfortunately, it seems that the hotel is now facing serious management issues, particularly in the operation of its restaurants. Compared to last year, the number of guests appears to be the same, but the experience has deteriorated significantly. Finding a table for dinner was often a challenge, and there were frequent shortages of food, which led to long waits for refills. It was clear that there wasn't enough restaurant staff, and those who were working seemed poorly trained. For instance, staff would sometimes clear plates before we had finished eating. Moreover, the quality of the food has declined. On several occasions, the food was undercooked, which likely led to food poisoning in some guests (as reported in the newspapers). Overall, the hotel seems to be struggling with significant management problems, especially in restaurant operations, which is a shame because it was once a fantastic destination for families.

In questo hotel che ha creato molti disagi.di salute a molti ospiti come febbre vomito e salmonella le recensioni negative su google non vengono pubblicate. Così pare tutto bene. È una vergogna parliamo di salute e di bambini. Me non mi vedono più

Sehr nettes Personal, Essen durchschnitlich, Abendessen ist sehr gut, Frühstuck so la-la, aber es gibt für jeden etwas!
Das Hotel ist eine alte Gebäude und man musste da was machen, sehr sauber trotzdem und jedes Problemchen hat Personal in uneserem Fall gelöst. Das Zimmer ist für 2 Kids und 2 Erwachsene bisschen eng, aber Preis-Leistung ist ok.
Man muss halt alles selber verlangen für Babys...
Es waren insegesamt schöne Tage...
Natur herum ist einfach hammer und Mali Losinj ist so schöne Stadt... :)

Salmonella and e coli appeared in the hotel!! On the second day after arrival, the child developed stomach pains, fever and diarrhea, while our symptoms were milder..we left earlier than planned..The media are now reporting that more than 70 guests are infected.. 19 hotel employees were confirmed to be germ carriers and they were removed from the workplace and kitchen. Shame for 4* hotel! Parking is very difficult to find, even payed one. We will not return ever again!
