We have been coming since many years; the beauty of nature and setting are amazing. The facilities are great. The service is a disaster. It seems the staff laughs at you and has fun not attending you. Service wise a 2 star hotel at a highway is at par. Room, restaurant, housekeeping service is just below par. Bad experience.

Hotel eccellente, per locali e posizione sul mare. Ottima la prima colazione. Reception e servizi cortesi e veloci. Meriterebbe la valutazione più alta se non fosse per il servizio in camera, decisamente scadente: la prima sera, arrivando, abbiamo addirittura trovato le lenzuola sporche e abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception per farle cambiare. Ma durante tutta la permanenza il servizio in camera non è stato adeguato. Peccato, perché per ogni altro aspetto un hotel eccellente.

We stayed for the new years celebration at the hotel for two nights, room was a quite big with a small balcony and wide bed, big TV and well sized bathroom with bath and shower seperate. Nice nespresso with some excotic coffea in the room with free small Mini bar. Nice touch was welcome aperitiv and sweet/ liker for a good night sleep. The main Season for the hotel is the summer so they opened just for year end but all in function with nice warm indoor swiming pool abd small sauna which is ok as the hotel is not very big as well. Nice lobby with a very friendly staff to help out as needed. Great breakfast with mix of buffet and to order, tasty and just too much things to Eat. Parking including filling up with electricity is available and free. New year dinner at their Michelin star resturant was perfect and the DJ and intimate small NY party was a nice change from the Xmas crowds. The area is great to walk just by the sea and the cikat bay and is very peaceful. Mali Lošinj is a 10 minute walk away was nice to see.

Emplacement exceptionnel, le long de la promenade côtière. Les prestations sont à la hauteur du tarif. Plage privée un peu trop minérale, mais qui reste agréable mème quand l'hotel est plein. Le village de Mali Losinj et son animation peuvent etre rejoints à pied le soir, sous la pinède et en toute sécurité.

This hotel is simply a dream...from location in quiet, secluded bay, surrounded by forest to design, hospitality, food and beach service. Really nothing to add. Stuff is so kind and always ready to give an advice and provide solution to your needs. Location is truly special, so calm, nature at its best. Have never swam so much in my life, sea was so clean, warm, incredible colors... Just one perfect experience.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Praise to everyone, especially the gentleman with blue eyes and a bright smile, Branimir, the head of the reception. A professional who comfortably balances professionalism and friendship, who answered each of our questions. Business associates were Russians, English, Germans, Italians and French. He spoke to each of them in their own language. We were amazed and think that he is the crowning glory of such a luxury hotel. We are absolutely delighted with this man and I hope he goes far in his career. Best regards Mr. Zec

Vorsicht, Kampfhunde an der Bar! Seit sechs Jahren fahren wir nach Losinj ins Alhambra. Schon letztes Jahr war die Servicequalität stark abgefallen. Die malerische Cikat Bucht vor dem Hotel wurde von E Surfboards genutzt - lebensgefährlich für Schwimmer. Auf die Beschwerde beim Servicepersonal erfolgte keine Reaktion. Es sei legal und nicht zu verhindern. Alles Quatsch, das Personal hätte sich nur an die Polizei wenden müssen. Bei der Abreise wurde Verständnis erklärt, wir sollten unbedingt wiederkommen, dann würde alles anders. Dieses Jahr die nächste Überraschung. Ein unangeleinter Staffordshire Terrier in der Bar mit bärtigem Halter und blonder Begleitung. Erste Reaktion des Personals: Keine Hausgäste - Falschaussage! Zweite Reaktion: Hund ist trainiert - welcher Kampfhundehalter erklärt das Gegenteil? Dritte Reaktion: Wir sind ein Haustierfreundliches Haus - ausweislich der offiziellen Hotelwebsite sind keine Haustiere zugelassen. Verarschen kann ich mich selber, dann zahle ich aber keine 800 Euro pro Nacht für Übernachtung mit Frühstück. Schade, denn die Bucht ist wirklich besonders. Aber wenn das Hotel an red light District Größen aus Osteuropa verramscht wird, sollten sich Mitteleuropäer besser fern halten.

Posto incantevole, servizio attento e professionale ( da riconoscergli il merito d'aver investito sui giovani), camera lussuosa moderna ed accogliente, spiaggia di grande relax, colazione con una scelta praticamente infinita ( no self service ... quindi serviti al tavolo), ristorante di livello ( così come ci si aspetta da un ristorante stellato), disponibilità alla reception per prenotazioni e consigli di qualsiasi tipo. Veramente una vacanza al top.
