eten: geen variatie, koud , vuile glazen en borden service: geen bediening, alles uit plastic bekers terras: rommelig schoonmaak kamer: ondermaats hotelkamer: klein, tevens balkon moeten delen met 3 kamers, geen privacy. zwembad: te klein, doorgeslagen badmeesters, niet springen, geen luchtbedden etc in het zwembad ( waren kinderen bij die een verbod kregen van een half uur ivm rennen om van de glijbaan af te gaan ). voor ons geen Europa-splash ( wat je splash noemt ) meer, afgrijselijk !

El hotel está en el mismo paseo de Malgrat, los trabajadores del hotel todos muy amables sobre todo los del restaurante pero el turismo no es nacional, la playa que está delante son de las que hay barranco, así que peques y gente mayor es un poco peligrosa, y las habitaciones del hotel mucho jaleo para descansar, se escucha desde las habitaciones la piscina.

Nice hotel for a short stay, but there are few important things to improve: add hangers/shelves/rod in the bathroom to hang towles and bathrobes/pyjamas! Because area around sink with towels there gets over crowded! Wifi - is only working ok on the main floor next to the reception. In the room wifi is working only by the doors or in a bathroom 😂. No wifi at the pool! Also please add more shelves for clothes and balcony doors needs a handle from the outside! And another important note - if you allow smoking in the balcony - please provide ashtrays!

I commented on this hotel 3 years ago gave it 5/6* Now it's 3/4* It's gone down hill . We used to get all inclusive as a bonus not anymore Food atrocious Best thing about last night's DNR was fruit salad. If you ask chef for a tortilla no They used to have a fresh orange machine not been turned on We paid 1400€ a lot more than last time but getting less for money.if things don't improve last time I'll be staying here Hope we have ribs then I can post pics of 3inches of fat no meat

Just came back from my holiday. The hotel is nice and clean. Rooms were cleaned every day. Animation was fun. Big thank you for a kitchen staff , so nice and wonderful, people who prepared everyday gluten free food ,and they were making sure it was safe for celiac.
