Byłam z mężem we wrześniu 2024 roku. Hotel czysty, pokoje zawsze posprzątane, na czas dostarczane artykuły higieniczne. Obsługa bardzo miła, zawsze uśmiechnięta. Pani serwująca w barze drinki bardzo wesoła i komunikatywna. Jedzenie dobre, różnorodne. Animatorzy super zabawiali dzieci i dorosłych, potrafili dotrzeć do każdego.

Freundliches Personal, gutes Essen, sauberes Zimmer. Leider kann man sie bei schlechten Wetter nur im Zimmer aufhalten, im Poolbereich fast keine Schattenplätze und Sonnenschirme. Klimaanlage kühlt des Zimmer nicht runter.

My wife and I ENJOYED the most fabulous holiday at Neptuno. Staff throughout the hotel hotel fantastic Hotel in general awesome, so clean Our room lovely, cleaned daily Restaurant every meal so good Food - top quality Pool side - beautiful Beach - must be one of the best Pool bar - brilliant and the staff Location - non better This resort cannot be faulted at all. Minute 1 on arriving late at night with food provided to reluctant departure with check out time extended was a real joy. Special thanks to Stella on the front desk, best in class customer service. We will be back!!

Just returned from another superb holiday at the Neptuno Beach. Food is varied and deiicious. A lot of rooms have been refurbished to an extremely high standard. The beds are so comfortable. The lobby and dining room have also been upgraded. The pool is immaculate - in fact the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are also excellent but a special mention has to be made of Marina at reception and Anna on the bar. So welcoming and efficient. And to Angela who runs the housekeeping so well! It's also great to see a manager who is there on a daily basis, who genuinely seems to want guests to have a fantastic experience in his hotel. What a lovely touch to have a meal waiting for us when we arrived at 10.30 p.m. So welcoming! We will definitely be returning. Di and Dougie

Ständiger Abflusskanalgeruch aus der Dusche, die sich nicht mit der Tür abschotten läst, da die Duschkabine zum Schlafraum oben offen ist. Der Klempner weiß wohl nicht, wozu es Geruchsverschlüsse bei sanitären Anlagen gibt... Als Tipp : man kann vom Wascbecken zumindest den Stöpsel rein drücken, und bei der Dusche Handtücher über den Ablauf legen und in der Toilette den Mülleimer über den Bodenabfluss deponieren... Restaurant zum Abendessenbeginn überlastet, das Personal hecktisch, der Aufseher erscheint nicht gerade nett zu seinen Kolleginnen zu sein. Es ist sehr laut vom Geschirr abräumen, auf den Wagen schmeißen. Obstauswahl immer gleich, keine Bananen, keine Äpfel, keine Birnen aber alles was es in Dosen gibt ist da... Gemüse ist verkocht, Spiegeleier werden in einem Ölbad zubereitet, das schmeckt so, als wenn ein Ei ohne Schale gekocht wird. Zimmertüren schließen sehr laut. Der Zimmersafe hat solange den Vorgängercode bis er geändert wird, allerdings geht zumachen immer und so wird das Personal immer genug Beschäftigung haben, um den Safe für die neu ankommenden Gäste mit dem Generalschlüssel erst mal zu öffnen...da man sonst keine Code ändern kann. Auch ist es möglich, bei offen stehender Safetür diese auf Abschließmodus zu drehen, was überhaupt keinen technischen Sinn ergibt... Die Busfahrer sagen zwar an welches Hotel jetzt gerade angefahren wird, nämlich bei uns "Neptuno" in der Buchung steht aber zuerst: "Zeus Hotel" Zugang zum Strand abends zu . Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit.
