Net terug van een weekje Happy Cretan Suites en het is ons zéér goed bevallen. Het hotel is gebouwd tegen een schuine helling dus wellicht niet geschikt voor mensen die wat minder ter been zijn. Maar het uitzicht is hierdoor prachtig. Het hotel is een oase van rust. Wij hadden een suite met eigen zwembadje en dat is bijzonder fijn. Maar ook aan de wat grotere zwembaden was altijd plek genoeg en kon je genieten van het prachtige uitzicht. Wat verder opvalt zijn de medewerkers, één en al gemoedelijkheid en zéér klantvriendelijk. Het ontbijt is niet al te uitgebreid maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Je krijgt standaard een glaasje verse jus d’orange en een schaaltje fruit. Ook hier gaat alles zeer relaxed en vriendelijk. Het restaurant heeft een bescheiden maar prima kaart en de roomservice is fantastisch. Heerlijk om op je eigen terras ‘s avonds een Griekse salade te eten! De massage vond ik iets minder. Ik weet zeker dat de beste man over alle basiskwaliteiten beschikt maar ik heb persoonlijk nog nooit een massage ondergaan waarbij de masseur aan het bellen was tijdens de massage. Vond ik toch niet echt een gevoel geven van je doet er als klant toe, weinig focus. Maar al met al een fantastische ervaring gehad in deze zéér klantvriendelijke en gemoedelijke oase van rust op Kreta, zonder meer aan te bevelen!

Sehr schöne moderne Anlage mit super freundlichem Personal. Die Lage ist ruhig abseits vom Touri Trubel, ein Auto unbedingt empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Betten bequem. Von der Terrasse kann man das Meer sehen. Es gibt einen Tisch und 2 Stühle. Ein Sonnenschirm und auch 2 Liegen wären schön, um den Tag dort ausklingen zu lassen. Die Pools sind schön angelegt und nicht überlaufen. Man findet immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen. Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht, was ebenfalls sehr gut, abwechslungsreich war und jeden Morgen gab es eine kleine Überraschung. Alles in Allem ein tolles Hotel, um die Insel zu erkunden oder einfach nur zu relaxen.

Exceptional experience of a private pool suites. There’s a huge amount of detail that have been put into the rooms as this is our second stay in the hotel…. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast is top-notch. We only stayed two days and I was very sorry to leave. A very special mention to a fantastic Massage from their masseuse. I had the full body massage and it was perhaps one of the best I’ve had ever! The views are absolutely . The only criticism I would give is the paid coffee from the bar is not up to my standards, but this came down to the person who made it who is very very unexperienced. We paid €10 for two coffees and did not drink them. Other than that, I cannot fault the place. I would definitely love to come back in the future and well done superb service!

Très chouette hotel. Une partie plus ancienne et une neuve. Grâce aux chambres avec piscine privée, la fréquentation aux piscine communes est faible. On a passé de très belles vacances chez eux. Je ne peux que vous conseiller d'aller visiter et de faire vivre les petites tavernes isolées ou les villages ( Fodele) autour d'Agia Pelagia. Propreté, accueil, choix au petit déj, rien à redire. Parfois le service un peu long au bar et les abords de piscine ne sont pas rapidement débarassé des verres vides ou des plats mais là on chipotte.

Tolle gepflegte Anlage mit einem phantastischen Blick und ein überragend freundlicher Service. Pefekt zum Abschalten. Sehr gutes Essen und große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und sind rundum zufrieden.

Staff and atmosphere are great, but the quality of the food is really below 4* standard. We tried room service and Greek night, both tasteless and lack of skill. Breakfast was OK. We had a suite with private pool, which was so beautifull. Be aware that the privat pools are with a public path just outside, so no actual privacy. A nice hotel, but too far away from the city, when you dont want to Eat in the hotel.

Wat een top plek was dit! Heel fijn en vriendelijk personeel en ze doen alles om het naar je zin te maken. Super service en klantgericht. Een prachtig resort met mooie zwembaden en prachtig uitzicht! Elke ochtend starten we met een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. We hebben meerdere avonden gegeten bij het super sfeervolle restaurant, met echt lekker eten! Wij hadden de suite met uitzicht op de zee en een privé zwembad! Zeker een aanrader! Super fijne, mooie en schone kamer! (Die ook nog is elke dag voor je word schoon gemaakt). Ook is er een sport ruimte waar je gebruik van mag maken met nogmaals weer een prachtig uitzicht! Wij hebben een massage gehad bij de private only. En wat was dat fijn! Het was het helemaal waard en ik en mijn vriend denken dat niks hier meer aan kan tippen! Bedankt happy Cretan suites!
