Nous y sommes allés en couple 1 semaine en août 2023. Nous avons adorés! La piscine, la qualité des transats tellement confortables, les services de restauration, le snack bar, le petit déjeuner, un délice! J’ai adoré la séance de Yoga, j’étais seule avec la prof, un régal cette séance face à la mer! Nous avons aimé l’accueil, le cadeau de bienvenu, merci! Nous avons aussi aimé les soirées animées proposées par l’hôtel aux ambiances crétoises. Découverte de spécialités magnifiques, nous avons adoré cette parenthèse enchantée! Un peu cher mais ça vaut le coup! Les chambres, simples, confortables et bien équipées. En revanche, nous avons voulu y retourner en juin dernier avec nos 2 filles, en famille, l’hôtel ne semble pas proposer de chambres pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Pourtant les chambres avec piscines privée semblaient convenir mais je n’ai jamais eu de retour à mes mails de demande de réservation. Dommage! Mais si vous êtes en couple allez-y, c’est top!

All the staff was really friendly, smiling and helpful. Ample and easy parking, a fantastic suite with sliding mosquito screens everywhere, a great bathroom, a super quiet bedroom, a lovely sitting room, 2 nice terraces and a much appreciated bottle of champagne as a welcome gift. The food & drinks selection in the restaurant was very tasty and all you needed. There were 2 fantastic pools with magnificent views and super comfy sunbeds. The only negative thing near the pools was the music, not really relaxing. If I want to hear music, I can put on my headphones. But all in all, I had a fantastic time here, thank you all. Anne

Genuinely excellent. We stayed for 8 nights and it was perfect for the two of us and our 5 month old. The cave suites have heaps of privacy, so you really feel like you have your own space with amazing views. The pool is large, as is the patio / outdoor area. The rooms are modern, well kept, clean and the bed was super comfortable. On top of all that you also have the convenience of the hotel, with restaurants, a generous and varied breakfast, room service, gym / spa / pools etc. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff who were all so friendly and made us so welcome. The spa packages are also reasonably priced and the views from the spa pool are amazing. I would definitely recommend hiring a car as the hotel is a c10 minute drive from the closest town / beach. The only minor point I’d make is the options in the restaurant were quite limited, especially as there are no alternatives within walking distance. However, all in all I can’t recommend the hotel highly enough.

Cet hôtel est tout simplement incroyable ! Luxueux, raffiné et parfaitement entretenu, il mérite largement une cinquième étoile. Nous avons eu la chance de profiter d’une piscine privée magnifique, un vrai havre de paix. Le personnel était plus qu’adorable, toujours aux petits soins, avec un service impeccable du début à la fin. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, confortables et d’une propreté irréprochable. Chaque détail était pensé pour offrir une expérience inoubliable. L’hôtel est situé dans un petit village plein de charme, familial et cosy, où l’on se sent instantanément bien. Une véritable safe place où l’on peut se détendre en toute sérénité. Un énorme coup de cœur, je recommande à 100 % !
