Ein familiengeführtes kleines Hotel mit einer schönen Gartenanlage, die zum verweilen einlädt. Das Frühstückbufett war liebevoll zubereitet. Orangen zum Saftpressen, großer Obstteller. Eierspeisen, süsses und herzhaftes, über Joghurt, Kuchen, Kekse. Kaffee und verschiedene Tees. Für alle etwas. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Servicekräfte. Ein Herr an der Rezeption spricht auch Deutsch. Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tür. Zum Strand ein paar Meter. Für 1,20 Euro kommt sogar bis zum Flughafen, oder startet Ausflüge. Leider nur griechisches TV. Ich hatte ein kleines, aber ausreichendes Wohlfühlzimmer mit guter Matratze. Modernes Badezimmer mit Regendusche. Kleiner Abstrich war leider der unschöne Ausblick von meinem Bslkon. Geschuldet wohl aber, dass ich "nur" ein Standartzimmer gebucht hatte. Das Hotel hat größere Zimmer mit Meerblick.

Le jardin est magnifique, le petit déjeuner est très varié, le personnel est sympathique. Par contre dans la chambre la porte se fermait difficilement et on a eu 2 coupures d'électricité en 2 jours.

I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be near the beach and based in the Heraklion area. We were out of season and there only seemed to be one taverna close by, which would have limited our eating options, had we stayed longer, but we did see a another place 5 minutes walk away on the main road. The hotel itself wasn't doing meals other than breakfast. It has a lovely garden with swimming and spa pools as well as sunbathing areas. We had a hire car so it was great that the hotel had its own carpark. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Our kettle didn't work and we reported it to reception, whereupon, they quickly replaced it for one that did. The staff were really good. The breakfast was excellent with a comprehensive range of cooked and cold foods, yoghurt, fruit, nuts, cereal, breads and pastries. The rose jam was especially nice. One possible disadvantage was that the building next door [that our balcony looked out on to] appeared abandoned and uncared for. So if you wish a better view from your balcony, ask for a room that doesn't face south.

We only stayed 1 night as a stopover before heading to Agios Nikolaos.
Thiannis was really welcoming and helpful. He suggested a place for us to eat and ensures is that the area was really safe.

We needed a room for one night in order to make a plane flight in Heraklion. It's the beginning of the season on Crete. This hotel had been closed for renovations and was just opening for the season. They weren’t ready. The room was clean and the fixtures new. However: the toilet did not work properly- it wouldn’t flush or fill, the refrigerator was not working and had to be plugged in, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER, the satellite TV that was advertised was not hooked up. We had booked a room with a queen bed but got two twins pushed together, each made up independently. We were offered another room but the door to that room wouldn’t close so we kept the room we had. The toilet issue was resolved in the evening but before that we had to use the toilet across the street. We made this reservation well in advance; they knew we were coming and I suppose they could have canceled us last minute (big problem) but didn’t. They knew we were coming though. In all, I must say that the staff was as friendly, helpful and hospitable as they could be working with the situation that they had. Also, there garden, pool, bar area and eating area looked very inviting. I’m sure that in season, this hotel would be a good spot for a short holiday as it’s steps from the beach. They just weren’t ready to open.

Sehr entspannt und in der Nachsaison mkt gechilltem Personal. Das Bad ein wenig angejahrt, aber sauber. Guter Zimmerservice!
