Wspaniale spędzony czas z przyjaciółmi we wspaniałym hotelu. Zacznę od tego że hotel to nie tylko mury ale również osoby które tam pracują i to oni tworzą atmosferę dzięki której chce się tam wracać i która wpływa na ocenę tego miejsca. Obsługa jest bardzo miła i stara się na każdym kroku by czas spędzony w tym miejscu był prawdziwym odpoczynkiem. Recepcja pomocna w każdej sprawie i nawet bariera językowa nie przeszkadza im w udzielaniu informacji we wszystkich sprawach hotelowych , jak również zewnętrznych . Pokoje duże , codziennie sprzątane. Obsługa w barach i restauracjach po prostu świetna. Zawsze uśmiechnięta i miła. W trakcie pobytu jedno z nas miało urodziny i jaki miły gest ze strony hotelu – rano tort urodzinowy w lodówce !!!! Dziękujemy bardzo całemu personelowi.!!! Jedzenie bardzo dobre, ogromny wybór, co dzień coś nowego – nie sposób opisać całego menu. Warto zarezerwować restaurację Grecką i spróbować innych potraw. Od rana do wieczora bar przekąskowy super zaopatrzony w ciepłe jedzenie, kanapki, sałatki, lody , wino i piwo z nalewaka . Plaża szeroka dużo leżaków – nigdy nie brakowało. Baseny duże można popływać nie tylko postać , leżaków też dużo. Do miasteczka Ammoudara za sklepami i straganami można dojść pieszo a do Heraklionu dojechać miejskim autobusem . Wszelkich informacji chętnie udzielą w recepcji. Polecam wszystkim ten hotel , chętnie tu wrócę i jeszcze raz bardzo dziękuję całemu personelowi za Wasze starania, by nasz czas był mile spędzony. Pozdrawiamy !!!!

I can honestly say this hotel is lovely. My family and I will certainly stay here again when we return to Crete. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean, with the beds made daily. There are activities for all age groups, and the animation team were engaging and entertaining. The food is amazing, with a different themed dinner every night of the week – our favourites were the Asian and Creole evenings. Gizyl from the hotel spa was extremely helpful and welcoming, she made sure that we were well taken care of. We were very impressed with the body treatments.

Wonderful week away at this lovely resort. Although a smaller resort, it is very friendly and welcoming. The staff and animation team are excellent. Always happy and they work so hard! The buffet food was fantastic with a huge variety each night. Rooms are spacious and clean with air conditioning. The onsite shop has everything you need. Special shout outs to Giselle in the Spa who arranged a couples massage with sauna and Jacuzzi and gave us lots of information about this beautiful island when we planned a trip out for the day. Also to Nikolous (the manager) who helped us with our booking and any queries we had and was so responsive. Lots of activities for kids and activities (try the water sports) and lots of areas to wind down have a pre or post dinner drink around the grounds of the hotel!

Highly recommend this hotel for family vacation. i chose this hotel because they have everything we need. They have animation group that you can leave your kids and you and your wife can spend your time together. We spent in the spa we do the couple massage what gizyl suggested to us and it was so relaxing. Kids enjoyed playing with some other kids outside the beach. foods and wines are so delicious. italian restaurant is one of my favorite. My kids love the snack bar. and also the staff who work in this hotel are so welcoming!

I decided last minute booking in this hotel with my boyfriend and unfortunately its a family hotel. Too much kids. We prefer also to eat greek food but the foods are all international cuisines. There is greek food but its not what we expected. The good sides of this hotel are one our room view in the balcony.It was so beautiful. You smell the breeze of the beach and the wind so relaxing. Second the spa area so cool Gizyl offered us the honeymoon couple massage and we love it so much. the therapist stella and efi are best therapist we ever had. Lastly if you wanna come here as a family vacation choose this hotel you will love it.

It was amazing experience we had in this hotel. My daughter gets accident in the pool and the lifeguard do his job professionally to make my daughter calm. We went to heraklion by bus and the bus station is just in front of the hotel. Near the bus station theres a goose and ducks that you can feed them. also inside the hotel there is a mini market and no need for you to go outside to buy some stuff. We also try to experience family combo in spa for my wife and my kids and it was so fun. Gizyl from spa so friendly and gave us the best recommendation massage we need and zoi her hand is like magic she massage very good. foods also here is soooo delicious i even ask the chef about the ingredients some of the foods that i wanna try to cook in the house.

Très bel hôtel! La variété des repas au restaurant était excellente ainsi qu au snack bar (choix important d'aliments très bons). Par contre, beaucoup de vacanciers ne sont pas respectueux du sommeil des autres et font beaucoup de bruit... Le parc aquatique est top pour les enfants mais également les adultes! Durant mon séjour, j ai réservé un massage. Nous pouvons choisir le style de massage et ça c'est super. J ai donc choisi un massage vigoureux et Irini à bien compris ma demande! Merci à Irini pour ce moment!

We decided to have 5 days vacation in this hotel and we did not regret that we choose this hotel. Staff who work there are so friendly and smiley. They welcome us with there beautiful smile. Sophia in the main restaurant always have this beautiful smile greetings when we enter the restaurant. The food there are so delicious. The only bad thing is outside the restaurant they dont have electric fan and it was so hot. But we still enjoy our stay. Rooms are so comfortable. Gizyl and eirini from spa recommend us the cretan couple massage with free face avocado and its our first time to do massage as a couple and it was so amazing experience. We enjoy our time a In this hotel because what we need as a family everything are here. We will be back for sure next year and reco this hotel to some of oour good friends family. And lastly alicia and roza photography they caoture good photos and its all worth it the money we pay. Very professional.

This hotel is AMAZING! Nice and clean hotel rooms. Food is very good a the variety of food is breathtaking. Nice and clean beach.
