Stunning Scenery and a Relaxing Atmosphere. This hotel is the perfect choice if you want a peaceful holiday. Every sun lounger has plush mattresses, lots of beds available and the scenery is just breathtaking! The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the food/cocktails are delicious. I never return to the same hotel but I’m going to make an exception for this one. The only downside for me was the occasional smell of drains and the black frosted glass doors to the shower & toilet in the room. (I went with 2 friends, so this took some adjusting to, but I imagine in a couple this is less of an issue.) The whole experience was a memory I will treasure, and I hope to return in the coming years. Absolutely recommend!

Optional meals included (two/three meals a day) It is far from the city, but there is bus line 1 in front of the hotel that can go directly to the Archaeological Museum in the city center. Taxi from airport to hotel 32 euros The hotel can book a taxi. It cost 25 euros for the two of us to go to the port early in the morning. (A Mercedes-Benz business car arrived. I was a little panicked, but it turned out that I was overly worried; cautious friends can clarify the price when booking.)

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel prides itself on top-notch service. Dimitris, the owner, welcomed us warmly, setting a positive tone for our entire stay. A special mention to Vera for preparing a spotlessly clean and well-presented room for us. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed and was much appreciated. Our evenings were made all the more memorable thanks to the exceptional service from the restaurant team. Dimokratis, Afroditi, and Alexandros ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect, attentively looking after us throughout. Breakfast was another delightful experience. Margarita greeted us with a smile and took the time to explain the breakfast offerings. Her warm demeanor was a great way to start the day. Overall, our stay was an unforgettable one. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond, making us feel truly valued. Highly recommended!

Overall this is a nice hotel. Few slight issues- we had to change rooms after one night due to original room being unavailable upon our arrival. This isn't ideal, but the staff were friendly. Breakfast is mixed in quality. Fresh omelettes and daily bakery specials are nice, but some parts of breakfast looked dry and of poor quality. Coffee is from a machine and isn't great. Some food runs out if you come to breakfast near the end. However, the hotel grounds and pool and lovely. Never over crowed and a lovely place to chill. Room was fine. Had to ask for pool towels and shower over flowed onto bathroom floor but bed was comfy and it was never noisy. The area is nice, near to the beach and some nice restaurants, plus a fab supermarket. Don't book if you want to be in the center of a busy resort area because this is not what it is, but there are regular buses into Heraklion.

L’hôtel est magnifique et bien agencé (supermarket en face + arrêt de bus..). Niveau propreté , rien à dire. Le personnel est très accueillant, bienveillant et gentil. La taverne de l’hôtel qui fait office de restaurant est super bon, ils y proposent de divers plats, il y’en a pour tous les goûts, le personnel est très serviable et agréable. En ce qui concerne le coin spa et massage. Kalliopi a été très professionnelle et agréable jusqu’au bout. Agréable moment, elle est très douce.

5 of us stayed here in October 2024. Fantastic hotel. The rooms are incredibly spacious, lovely big beds and bathrooms. The area the hotel is situated in is great, the locals are all lovely polite people that treat everyone with respect. Easy to travel to different places for excursions as well. The hotel itself is visually stunning. You’re surrounded by lush, well maintained vegetation. We had a beautiful pink bougainvillea just outside of our room. The staff are nothing but nice. Treat you with respect and work really hard to maintain excellent customer service. The all inclusive buffet served amazing food, the desserts were visually stunning and tasted great! A special thanks to Eleni the bar maid who made the best Greek coffee I’ve ever had. She’s quick with your orders and always delivers a great product! All in all a 5 star review and I’d highly recommend anyone to book this hotel up and stay here.
