If not for the view and nice hotel rooms come for the food. Had the house antipasta, shepherds salad and the lamb cooked on the grill and nothing dissapointed. Do not expect fine dining service because that’s not why you come here. To pay only 3300 Lek for that quality of ingredients is a deal. Pool was hot and spacious. No room service but thats given in agrotourism spots.

Superbe hôtel, l’accueil est parfais et l’était des chambres correspond parfaitement aux photos. Le petit déjeuner était complet et délicieux. Le personnel est aussi très arrangeant. Le paysage est magnifique, nous avons eu l’occasion de s’y rendre lorsqu’il avait neigé. Un paysage a en couper le souffle Je recommande cet hôtel.

Esperienza più terribile della mia vita. Il cibo é terribile (state alla larga dalle “polpette”) il cibo viene scaldato più volte e poi servito. Se non volete prendervi una infezione intestinale non mangiate NIENTE di quel ristorante. Personale più che scortese. Soprattutto quello con gli occhi grandi che tossiva in faccia ai consumatori. Il cibo viene consegnato dopo molto tempo. Abbiamo passato un giorno che doveva essere tranquillo e calmo con problemi intestinali e flatulenze continue. Il cibo sembra scaduto dal aspetto e dal gusto. Per favore non credete a ciò che scrivono perché é TERRIBILE. Non ci riandrei MAI in tutta la mia vita. State alla larga da questo posto.se potessi darei a questo posto ZERO STELLE.

The Kulla e Bajraktarit Hotel is a mountain retreat where we spent a truly delightful night. The hotel had everything one could ask for on a cold winter night. It was super cozy, warm, and clean, with fireplaces that heated the space and created a charming atmosphere. The receptionist was very welcoming, while the waiters were polite and professional. The rooms were very comfortable, and the food was exceptional. I will return to this hotel again!

I absolutely loved this hotel. 1. The food, oh the food! Dinner was delicious. I ordered the lamb one evening, the tastiest lamb I have had in ages. It was fresh and I could tell it was organic. The creamy potato dish was equally as good. Mountain tea !! Love a locally sourced herbal tea. The dining area was also beautiful with the fairy lights above. 2. If you want to unwind, they have an indoor heated pool which is a good size. There is a sauna and steam room. Pure luxury. 3. The room was nice. The only feedback I would give is it needed a good dusting … 4. The staff were polite and hospitable 5. The view from the hotel was stunning I would love to go back. I wish I took more photos.

Il prezzo della camera per una notte non corrisponde per niente a quello che offre la camera. L'aspiratore del bagno fa un forte rumore, le porte e le maniglie degli armadi sono rotte e le lampade sono finte. il servizio al bar e al ristorante era molto professionale e cordiale. Complimenti ad Arbeni e Alfonsi. Due ragazzi fantastici.

My stay here was amazing! The staff, rooms, service, atmosphere as well as the view are exceptional! It feels like true paradise. Best place I’ve stayed at so far in Albania!! The drive up here is beautiful as well, just need to look out for other drivers as road is a bit narrow for two way.

I stay here for a couple of nights each time in Albania and it is the most relaxing part of my trip. Rooms are great, food is traditional and enjoyable. The views all around are one of a kind. The place keeps adding more and gets better each visit!
