The owner is arrogant . I ended up with two bed Donga for one person costing $85. Inappropriate bedding thin doona with no cover and a thin blanket and two beds that’s it no aircon no fridge no nothing oh and yes the floor covering fake grass and the walls badly needed painting. Two showers for Donna’s were filthy. Camp kitchen fridge dirty and off food inside. Thank god for friends otherwise it would have been a horrendous weekend.

Don't understand the negative reviews? People are SO ENTITLED! We had a great time here plenty of space, walking tracks with amazing views expecaly on top of the Edge. Everything is there toilets showers and even a washing machine. We ate at the restaurant/bar The food was fantastic very large portion size, outside dining was best for us but inside restaurant looked good too. If you are looking for a great place to relax and you enjoy the outdoors AAA+

We have just had an amazing two night stay. Loved it, so tranquil and lovely sunsets. We had a little incident when we arrived, but Gary and Kerry (the owners) were brilliant. The Lake Kimberley Bar and Grill was a surprise packet. One of the nicest meals we have had in a long time…..awesome chips 🍟. The ablutions exceeded our expectations with each self contained unit had a shower, toilet and vanity. It was a little bit different with a road sign. Warning you to watch for low-flying planes, but the fact that there was an airstrip added to its uniqueness. We would visit again in a heartbeat . !

I wish I had read these reviews before making the poor decision to attend White Gum Farm. Gary was extremely rude, yelling and shouting and my kids within 5 minutes of being at the park. He was so awful that he left me and my female traveling companions shaking. The dam was closed so not the lovely swimming and fishing experience the website leads you to believe. It is run down, no soap in the bathroom, no gas in the bbq's. All of which I could have coped with if Gary hadnt of been so rude and awful to me and my family. I have never encountered anyone so rude and arrogant. I encourage people to never waste their time going here.

Did not enjoy it one bit! The toilet shower facilities were disgusting and hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The manager Gary was very rude with every interaction that I had with him. The lighting around the cabins and campgrounds leaves a lot to be desired, especially with the terrain - very bit safety hazard. The camp kitchen near the cabins was awful and didn't appear safe or hygienic to use. We were part of a group and the food that was organised was terrible and exorbitantly overpriced for what we got. Do not recommend staying here, unless you are fully self contained/equipped and are only there for the scenery.

We had a great stay at white gum, I can't believe some of the reviews here. Gary and Kerry were more than hospitable on our 2 night stay but don't come here if you want to be waited on and have a 5 star experience. To the reviewers here that think the entry track is corigated, better sell your vans before u go any further up north!!! The meals were great, the beers cold I would say that white gum is Gary's man cave, respect that and u will have a great time

We have travelled a lot and stayed in so many different caravan parks. This places was so disappointing and awful the owners were so rude and disrespectful. The facilities were ok if they were open and allowed to use. Upon arrival there was no clear signage for reception. It’s at the bar 😳 ??? You’re expected to park in a small car park to check-in, there’s no way of be able to manoeuvre or reverse your vehicle out to then find your site. The manager was rude upon our arrival he was cold and unfriendly he took my money, didn’t tell me anything about the park or timings of anything even which caravan bay we should park in “he said choose a site!” can I add the park was empty. We now know why. I said that we would like to probably have a meal up in the bar and grill at some point to which he responded ‘we are closed for the whole week and don’t open until Good Friday??? Oh but you can buy a drink from the bar’??? We unpacked and the kids went to look for the bouncy pillow mentioned in the long email sent to us. No bouncy pillow? all the play equipment consisted of was a small portable A-frame swing set, on gravel. Our children were told off for riding their bikes apparently they could get hit by a car. WHAT CARS?? THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE CARAVAN. PARK What caravan park doesn’t allow children to ride their bikes!?! The owner swore at both my boys for playing basketball and threatened to kick us out. i It was 5pm, the manger was at the bar and clearly under the influence of alcohol he was abusive and had a discussing mouth on him. If it wasn’t so late and raining we would of left there and then. He completely tarnished our family/ friend holiday. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We relocated into York and stayed at a nice caravan park.where our kids could ride their bikes. So If you’re after a family friendly and enjoyable holiday DO NOT come here.

It was well worth the wait for a very enjoyable meal on a busy Saturday evening, at this hidden gem , with plenty to do to occupy the children including watching the planes. A lovely setting off the beaten track, for a day trip or a stay over in with a caravan
