Front desk was very friendly, but the room itself wasn’t the best. Aircon took hours to get the room comfortable, the fridge wasn’t very cold, and no shampoo/conditioner or soap was in the room. WiFi also was very slow. Next to mosque so very likely you get woken up at 5 am like I did

The Receptionist was kind enough to provide me a late check out when I didn’t asked for it. Thank you. The food for in room dining wasn’t as I hoped it to be. Perhaps, if you would like, walk next block there is a shellbeans they serve a bit better food. The steak was dry, and overcooked, majority of the time i had to spit it out it wasn’t really edible for me but I appreciate it. I like the taste of the mashed potatoes and the rest in the plate, it was different but good. There is some strong smell from the bath room, i guess thats the reason why you put those moth balls. I thought that moth balls is supposed to be for cockroaches. Well, regardless it wasn't pleasant to see that its stuck in the bathroom drainage.

I understand it is a transition hotel, but it is privately owned and it is scary to live in. The first is the issue of safety. If there is a fire or emergency, the hotel should have no way to deal with it. The second is the facilities. What is the level of domestic township guesthouses? There is no sound insulation, so the elevator makes a loud noise when it stops. You can hear it on every floor, which is a bit frustrating. The staff is very enthusiastic in service, but I still recommend that you choose carefully unless it is absolutely necessary!

I thought it would be the same as a motel, but it was much better than expected when I arrived. It was very clean and tidy, and the decoration was very artistic. The service was very good.

The hotel is very close to the pier, only a five-minute walk away, and there is a shop downstairs for convenient shopping. Good service. The room is clean and well equipped. High cost performance
