The stay was overall good. The location was also great. The food was okay, but not great. We had lunch one day and most of the dishes had uncooked food in them. As i inquired about this, i came to learn that they were busy preparing food for a party and hence they didn't get the opportunity to prepare the dishes well in time. But if this was the case, they should have closed the restaurant for others. It is better to disappoint customers than to have them eat something that can make them sick.

Everything is great. I must say their staffs' behaviour is undoubtedly best thing you'll get in this hotel, specially mr. Halder, their gm, is such a gentleman.

Hotel stay included breakfast and dinner, paid additional amount approximately inr 500 to 600. 00. Had to repeatedly request the hotel staffs to check in the record as initially denied having any dinner included in the stay plan. Later food was served which was basically fish thali worth inr 250 only

Overall it was good, staff behaviour was good, rooms were clean, breakfast taste was too good and so many varieties were available in breakfast.
