Terrible Experience – Avoid PC Malam Jabba Stayed in the Presidential Suite for two nights with family and friends, expecting a premium experience, but it turned out to be a nightmare. From the moment we arrived, the staff was rude and unprofessional. Mr. Fida was unwelcoming at reception. When we returned to check in after a meal, the new staff (Ms. Arooj & Mr. Ahmad) suddenly claimed the suite was unavailable, then said it was under maintenance—despite us already touring it earlier. After hours of arguing and waiting in the lobby, Mr. Rehmat finally checked us in. No one even offered a glass of water despite making us wait for hours. Housekeeping was another disaster. They refused to clean the Executive Suite before noon, and I had to call reception three times over 2.5 hours to get service for the Presidential Suite. Staff lied about policies and acted like guests were a burden. We were promised late checkout by Mr. Yasir (the only helpful staff member), yet at standard checkout time, Ms. Arooj & Mr. Ahmad denied it and repeatedly called us, sent bell boys to our room, and harassed us into leaving in a rush. I had to carry my clothes in my hands as they didn’t even give me time to pack properly. The final insult? Staff falsely accused us of stealing a $20 bathrobe. When we asked them to charge us if they believed it, they refused—clearly just trying to humiliate us. Mr. Wajid (bell boy) mocked us openly and was extremely rude, and when we complained to Mr. Rehmat, he dismissed it. Spent over $2000 here, and the treatment was appalling. If this is how they treat Presidential Suite guests, I can’t imagine the experience for standard rooms. Save your money and avoid this place, especially if traveling with family. The only redeeming part of our stay was Mr. Yasir, the only professional and kind staff member. PC Malam Jabba ruined our trip and a friend’s birthday celebration. Never again.
