When I checked in, it might be due to the quality of the front desk employee. He asked me for a bank card of 220 euros. I thought I had to pay city tax. When I pressed the password, I took a second look and realized something was wrong, so I asked him what the money was. He said it was the room fee, but I said I had already paid it on Ctrip! He checked again and said he had made a mistake. On his fourth trip to Spain, various unpleasant things had happened many times, including taxis at the airport and even customs... Not good value for money.

Nice hotel. Bed was very comfortable - good sleep. Breakfast was nice and hotel was generally quiet, given its very central location. Some tips to improve: Mosquitos are everywhere - please sort this out. Bed linens to be changed every 2 days - we stayed 6 days and only changed once, when asked. TV didn’t work and sink in bathroom didn’t drain properly. All things which should be checked by the house staff, staff are friendly and approachable. Overall I enjoyed my stay would stay again.

Una valoración alta en todos los aspectos: - Ubicación céntrica y cerca “de todo” - Habitación amplia, luminosa, bien conservada y con todos los servicios En nuestro caso, el tener terraza era un plus Y el estar en la planta “Essence” aún más, por sus ventajas extras - Desayuno buffet muy completo y variado - Excelente atención, tanto en recepción, como en el restaurante Los pequeños detalles en la habitación son un valor añadido
