What a great hotel. Modern, sleek, stylish. The rooftop bar is fantastic. The food in the rooftop restaurant was the best I’ve eaten for the money. I am surprised it’s not packed out every day….The staff are excellent and seem happy in their work. Honestly. You have to give it a try!….

Really enjoyed our stay On our arrival we was given a glass of cava which was nice and our room was ready. The hotel is in a perfect location for everything sightseeing & shops Very clean hotel with beautiful comfortable rooms with . RITUALS toiletries ( nice touch) Breakfast had a really good choice of hot and cold The rooftop views were fabulous, especially at sunset The staff are very professional helpful & friendly Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back

I published a review two days into our stay (3star) and said I would update as we were here more time. Unfortunately Trip Adviser don’t allow that so I’ve had to delete to re post. The hotel has improved in every area I had concerns about so I assume it was a ‘blip’ in staffing levels. The rooms are lovely and very clean, as I said previously, housekeeping is exceptional. The Everything is always returned as if we had just arrived. It’s very quickly and efficiently carried out. We have never returned to find our room not serviced (something I have experienced in other hotels). The very private terrace is a lovely space to sit, unfortunately we do overlook the bus stop and it is really noisy, we expected street noise as this is a city hotel, but the buses do sit with their engines constantly running. That’s not the hotels fault, but does impact on the benefits your private terrace brings, which was a key reason for us booking this hotel. That being said the soundproofing internally is excellent. When the door is closed we are not disturbed by street noise and there is next to no noise from the corridor or other rooms, so that is excellent. The roof top bar area is very pleasant and now excellently staffed. There are very limited seats but usually there is a space around or in the pool. Towels are provided and table service is provided. Did not bother us, but just to be aware, there are no sunbeds. It is seats or deckchairs. We went room only, as we like to sample all that the city offers and the hotel is excellently appointed. Close to all the main areas you would want to visit, but far enough away to not have the constant hussle and bustle . There are excellent eateries all around the close market with lovely fresh fish. Once in the main area (5 min walk max) you are spoilt for choice. We also used the lobby bar when the heat just got too much, and it is a lovely cool, calm space for a quiet drink.
