The studio apartment and roof terrace were quite rundown and dirty. The bathroom was not clean, chipped bath, tiles and mirror. The light fixture was missing a shade. The room was shabby, and dirty, there was mold growing around the window. Curtains were torn, light fixture shade was cracked and broken, electrical sockets loose from wall, chairs and sofa were covered in satins. Apartment is not as shown in advertisement photos.
