I have been working in the tourism sector for a long time and I have never found such a complicated structure for self-check-in like this one! for the network, everything is ok if you want to earn money and if you plan to stay for a few days.

The stay at the hotel is managed through an application and there is no contact person to answer questions. Access to the building and rooms is via a link, which can be a bit cumbersome. The block has four floors without an elevator. The rooms are well-equipped, quiet and have everything you need to stay comfortably.

The only good thing about this property is the convenient location in the center of Malaga. Impossible to communicate despite everything being managed via the web from the check in for which they do not send any information via email, internet and telephone essential to open both the entrance door and the room so be careful not to find yourself with a dead phone or to lose it because you will not be able to to enter and there are no working numbers to call. The room ... no comment .. forget it, the fourth floor was certainly built later and I would be curious to understand what is in accordance with all this. Stairs with scandalous widths and heights. To hope not to have back pain because the entrance staircase has the ceiling that reaches behind. Pigeons that can be heard walking on the roof at all times as if they were in the room. Very hot room with beating sun. Small bed sheets so slept for 3 nights on the mattress with a hole in it and smelling of dust. Very high pillows and mattress that collapses. 1 only towel for a room for 2 people and a bathroom without a window or porthole and without a vacuum cleaner so the smells of the bathroom come out in the room without the possibility of airing. Bad bad bad

A éviter A éviter A éviter A éviter , cet hôtel est le plus horrible que vous pouvez voir dans votre vie et l expérience la plus mauvaise a vivre . malheureusement c est la deuxième fois que j y dors par erreur , la première fois c était mon choix . les deux fois c était un enfer . moustiques qui te laisse pas dormir , cafares , souries et rat , lit et draps très sales ,les toilettes ne possèdent pas d aération alors tous les odeurs finissent dans les chambres . les chambre ne correspondes pas aux photos sur le site . aucun contacte pour réclamer ou annuler ,une fois que vous payez vous êtes piégé. normalement cet hôtel dois être fermer pour non respect a l hygiène et tromperie. les draps n ont pas étaient changer et la chambre n a pas était nettoyé pour notre arrivée.
