The room is ok, the bed is big, very clean and tidy, the location is good, it only takes a few minutes to walk to the nearby British Palace, the only drawback is that the lobby is small, a bit like a motel

The reception and housekeeping staff are all nice and polite although there may be some language barrier. The room that we booked for 3 adults has a modern and updated decor with all the amenities. The location is great as it is close to the malls, city centre and the train station.

Good location close to the train station and the city center. Rooms are ok for families. Staff very helpful.
Big bathroom with separate room for toilet.
Nice city, a lot of restaurants and cafes 2 min away from the hotel.
