Excellent apartment, superb central location. Quiet setback location. High ceilings, comfortable bed with a large bathroom. Superb clean and accessible, thoroughly recommend. Great communication and we were able to leave luggage at a sister hotel until check in. Everyone was super helpful.

L'appartamento è molto bello pulito e in pieno centro, però il check in va fatto a 700 metri di distanza dall'appartamento. Noi non lo sapevamo e abbiamo dovuto fare su e giù con le valigie.... Un aspetto dove si può migliorare è regolare la chiusura del portone di ingresso in quanto gli ospiti dei vari appartamenti lo fanno sbattere in continuazione provocando un fastidioso rumore a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte.

First of all, the hotel reception is very far from the place of residence, so any problem that may occur must be gone to the reception, for example, the apartment key did not open the outside door, so we had to go to the reception to activate the key again. The receptionist, whose name is Irina, is very, very bad in her dealings. She is not able to absorb the customer's anger. She must change her behavior because she is harming the hotel.

Il nostro appartamento era molto spazioso, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comfort. Impagabile la vista dalla terrazza sull’Alcazaba. Tanto bella che abbiamo deciso di acquistare qualcosa da mangiare al supermercato e di cenare in terrazza.

The only inconvenience is checking-in in one place and staying in the apartment which is actually closer to the action. Once you get past that initial walk from the hotel to the apartment (around 800 meters), you’ll be at a walking distance to dining, shopping… the Roman theatre you can actually see from your balcony.
The staff was great, they really went beyond to accommodate our needs with our travel schedule. Great value over all.

Appartamento centralissimo, ma non esattamente boutique, bagno piccolissimo senza finestra senza bidet e con forte odore di fogna che si propaga in tutta la stanza….. per questo motivo il rapporto qualità prezzo è un po’ alto…. La posizione rimane un punto di forza
