ho prenotato questo posto per la posizione e perchè l'appartamento sembrava carino. tuttavia è stato un vero incubo da quando siamo arrivati! non mi hanno mai mandato i codici per accedere alla struttura nonostante avessi pagato tutto prima, ho cercato di contattare il centralino ma un operatore mi ha addirittura attaccato in faccia!! dopo DUE ore di attese e chiamate infinite dove dicevano addirittura che dovevo ripagare tutto, è sceso un ragazzo ad aprirmi. nessuna scusa, niente di niente!! camera oltretutto sporca, come ho aperto il divano letto sono usciti da sotto tappi per le orecchie e schifezze varie. MAI PIU' STATE ATTENTI!!!!!

The place itself was nice, location was great, though can get very loud at night. However, the check in process was a disaster. I had received an email several days ahead of time to start the check in process but never got any follow up or instructions. Arrived at the hotel late at night without any information on how to get in. Luckily, their 24 hr number was able to help. While trying to get in, read many reviews dating back months noting the same concern - clearly has not been resolved yet.

Accès facile mais attention a bien s'y prendre à l'avance pour recevoir les codes d'accès.
Hébergement sous forme d'appartement au top. Mais la douche pas très propre et une odeur des canalisations.

Un auténtico desastre. Aunque el apartamento está bien decorado y la cama es buena, le falta un microondas, el televisor no sintonizaba los canales, había un minúsculo bote de champú y otro de gel para 2 personas y 2 días. En todos sitios suele haber mínimo uno de cada cosa por persona y día. Pero lo peor es la atención y el ruido. Estuvimos 1 hora en la puerta del edificio para que nos dieran las claves para acceder. Tuvimos que llamar 2 veces para que nos las dieran, con interminables esperas mientras se mantenía la conversación para comprobar datos. Las dos llamadas con las mismas preguntas. La ubicación es lo único que no engañan, está en todo el centro de Málaga, eso sí, rodeada de bares de copas y discotecas que no lo indican en su promoción. Como no está insonorizado, hasta las 7 u 8 de la mañana es imposible intentar dormir. Lo peor, como he comentado, la atención recibida y el ruido.

Tuvimos que esperar casi una hora para las claves de acceso al estudio. Pero lo peor fue por la madrugada. El ruido fue incorporable. La Tv no funcionaba y los productos de aseo escasos. No ha sido una buena experiencia. Como algo positivo destacar la linpieza del estudio

Un apartamento muy bonito en el centro de Málaga. Sin embargo es terrible en varios apectos. Primero que nada nunca recibi mis codigos de acceso por email. Complete mi registro 48 horas antes y nunca recibi el correo de acceso. Tuve que llamar 3 veces (pagando cargos por roaming en ni celular) el mismo dia del check in y no fue hasta las 3:20 pm que me enviaron los codigos por WhatsApp. Cuando llegamos la luz se fue en el apartamento y tuve que esperar 1 hora en el apartment esperando que me llamaran para ir a verificarlo. Nunca llego nadie, nosotros tuvimos que resolver. Cada vez que prendes la estufa o e la maquina de lavar ropa el breaker de luz se cae.Por las noches el apartamento huele al humo de cigarrillos de los bares de abajo. Terrible! Pedi el contacto de alguien local y me lo negaron. No tienen host local para cualquier situacion,todo es llamando a un call center. El apartamento queda encima de varios bares, es nuy ruidoso, extremadamente! La fiesta dura hasta las 7:30 am. Ambas noches que estuvimos hubo peleas en la calle a las 5 am que nos levantaron. Definitivamente es un apartamento para personas que vayan a amanecerse en la calle de fiestas, no para familias y mucho menos con niʼnos.
