My experience at this hotel was not very pleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are so many things that need to be fixed. The first night when we arrived, there was a problem with the capsules so we had to wait until they get them fixed. The capsule that I was staying in, the most important things such as plug and safe were broken. Moreover, I had a problem with the locker. In this capsules you can hear EVERYTHING even the most little noises, especially if you sleep in the bottom one and not the top one.The bathroom looks nice but once again the dryer does not work and most of the shampoos are empty. The vending machines require only cash which in my opinion is ridiculous. If the hotel is called “Futurotel” then they need to add the option to pay through different bank cards. Additionally, about the shared bathroom, near the reception, the locks don’t work at all. We tried to play some games but most of them were stuck. The only positive thing was the service. The staff was very kind to us and always there to help us. In general paying 700€ for this is a completely waste of money. I feel very upset because I have never experienced more worse hotel than this one in my life and I would never go back there again.

From a travel point of view this alternative lifestyle hostel/Capsule hotel is a refreshing change from the norm . I have stayed several times mainly because I love Málaga and the Malagueta Playa is so convenient for many attractions ~ Muelle Uno and the Port, restaurants and bars and 15 minutes walk to the fabulous Alcazaba, Teatro Romana Amphitheatre and Gibralfaro Mirador entrance and the Historic Quarter. I enjoy most of the facilities of Futurotel and am Hugely impressed at the Hard Work of the ' Small' staff team of dedicated people Recently I heard that 3 staff members were summarily dismissed by the Cash oriented conscienceless Owners/ Management . I understand the Reception team have joined the Union to support their very clear case for Employees terms and conditions and fare pay. I wish them every success because it's the Reception/Housekeeping team that makes the Futurotel a success. I URGE any Clients/Guests to consider this and Question the Punitive activities of the owner against this hard working Hotel Family. You have my Love, Support and understanding.~ Stephany, Maria , Celia, Javi, Luis, Antonio..etc~ Silvia,Myerlin, Maria ( unfairly sacked staff ) . John Daniel The owner/management have only a greedy exploitative tactic, NO Vision and no care or concern for their staff. John Daniel.

It was awful, the “room” was really uncomfortable and l have heard everyone and everything that was happening outside, the breakfast was disgusting because it was not fresh they served only bread/milk and cornflakes that they took from cupboard where it was keeping for a while. Service was not nice as well because they didn’t warn us about checking out time and charged money from us. We asked if we can wash our clothes and one guy wanted money for that (as he said let’s do it but cameras don’t need to see that) Strongly don’t recommend it!

It is essential to avoid this dump called a hotel as it is nothing more than misleading advertising to attract customers. It is a cubicle with a mattress inside without ventilation or sound insulation. I do not recommend it at all to people who want to rest after spending a day in the wonderful malagueta because the disappointment will be inevitable. The staff without training and with a deplorable education. A bad experience that was resolved by going to the Eliseos hotel, which welcomed us and told us that there are many people who go there fleeing from this establishment. A disgusting experience

I think this place complements my crazy travel lifestyle. This week is my eighth Stay..the style of hotel on offer here doesn't suit us all but it's Merits hugely compensate for it's quirkiness..the amenities speak for themselves so if they appeal ~ give it a try. For me personally ,I call here ( on my Spain travels) to see the team, who are more like a family for me. They are a huge asset for the Hotel (and for me personally ) and warm my heart when I visit. I have no idea who the lucky owner/boss is but he should respect them , appreciate them and pay them well. Franchise owners can be greedy little men.. it is real people who earn the money. My Bars in the Costas and Canarias are happy and successful because the family/staff are happy and RESPECTED..

Without words, a spectacular experience, all hotels should learn from Futurotel, their areas are incredible and their service spectacular, with PS5, free gaming computers, free dining area, Netflix, free Dazn, free scooters and bicycles, private jacuzzi area Yes, it is paid, highly recommended. People who don't give a 10 are because they don't know where they are going, but those who really see where they book and the concept have to be delighted because this is amazing.

I stayed here for 1 night for my first solo trip and I recommend it especially for a budget stay. Check in: I arrived a few hours before check in but reception allowed me to keep my bag here while I explored the area. When it was time to check in it was seamless and I was shown features of my pod and where all the bathrooms are. Games Area: Of an evening I did have a go on some games in the games area but the PlayStations were not connected to any accounts so you couldn’t play many of the games. Shared Bathrooms: These were clean and filled with every type of shampoo and conditioner you can think of! Loved the smart features of the sink, toilet and shower too. Room: Pod was cozy and I didn’t feel claustrophobic at all, the only thing I would say is the tv wasn’t working and reception tried to help so many times but I gave up on it in the end. These need to be looked at and possibly replaced. Locker was outside the pod and perfect to store all my belongings.
