The view from my room is beautiful, can see Melaka River and all city š«¶š»ā¦
Free parking provided for guest(sharing park with swiss gardeen hotel,Level 7&8)
But to be honest for staycation is just nice, u do not expect to much yaa..
The room i got level 31-092, air-conditioning not properly functioning. The designer for bathroom wall(are glasses) not suitable for family or friends to stay together unless a married couple.
Because you all can see transparency thru the glass, no binder provided and also the bathroom door no doorknob yaa. You guys can imagine, no privacyš
Yes, for the lift until August 2024 there is not improvement despite a lot of complaint š¤ It can be ages to waiting for the lift.

We stayed at the TF Riverside for a night in May. This happened to be during Ramadan. The entrance from the street has steps up to reception (there is a steepish ramp, too steep for a wheelchair unless assisted by a strong person). We were able to check in without any issues. There's a car park under the hotel but there is no direct access from the car park into the hotel. We were allocated rooms on the 3rd floor overlooking the main road rather than the riverside. The lifts were functional but a little bumpy. The hotel was refurbished about a year ago, and whilst what is there is clean and OK, it's more towards a budget set up, and the furniture looked fairly tired. However a really basic annoyance in the room was the lack of and location of power outlets. There was a power outlet just above the floor level behind the fridge, and another about 1m above the floor halfway between the bed and the window in the middle of nowhere. The kettle (provided in the room) couldn't be plugged in unless you held it in mid-air whilst boiling or moved furniture to the outlet between the bed and window, or you moved the fridge. Whilst I can understand that the cost of moving power outlets isn't a minor thing, surely this should have been sorted out when the hotel was refurbed about a year ago? And could easily be mitigated for limited expense by providing a couple of multi-outlet power bars to provide desktop power by the fridge and bedside. The bathroom was again clean but fairly basic. Oh, and the hot water was barely warmer than ambient temperature both evening - which we reported the receptionist - but the issue still persisted the next morning. We had booked two rooms, and the power and hot water issues were the same in both rooms. After checking in we left the hotel for a wander aroound the city - which is gorgeous, and easily walkable from the hotel. As we left the hotel and walked initally along the riverside we could see an Iftar buffet being set up by the hotel on their riverside dining area, and the selection of food looked to be impressive and comprehensive. We got back to the hotel having had dinner elsewhere with friends and saw the tail end of the Iftar buffet, and looked forward to our breakfast the next morning. However, we were to be disappointed. When we got down for breakfast the next monring, we were presented a menu card of five items, of which two - the nasi lemak and rice porridge congee were unavailable. We've been at hotels when low occupancy means it's uneconomic to run a full buffet, and I completely understand this - but usually in these situations you get presented a decent list of whats available and a commitment provided they have the ingredients within reason they will try their best to make something for you. Considering what we had seen the previous evening we knew the hotel could do seriously good food, and the previous reviews of the good food back this up. After a few interactions with the resturant wai

We stayed 5 nights in a double room. The location is great and it is cheap - 2 good points of this hotel. The room was run down as was the whole hotel. It is in need of a reno. Paint peeling, bathroom door damaged and there were leaks in the bathroom from the hose near the toilet. The toilet/shower were all in one in our room so the water from the shower went over everything. The shower was hot though so that was good. The AC was cold which was also nice. The room was quite cramped and unfortunately it doesn't match the pictures on the internet. First 2 days there was no real breakfast supplied as I think there were very few guests so they didn't bother apart from asking if we would like eggs. I had fried eggs both mornings but they were cold when served. The last 3 days they had a proper breakfast as there were more guests. It consists of toast/watermelon, rice, baked beans one morning, noodles. Have to get there when breakfast starts as I got the impression they don't refill the trays once it is gone. It is close to a mosque as well so you get your early morning wake up call - not ideal if you are a light sleeper. Grab is only 8RM to Melaka Sentral - better than a taxi which is 30RM Overall it is cheap and a great location so if you don't mind a less than flash accommodation option then it will do the job but I would not stay there again.

We like the place and shall be arranging more stay here , however , our request to extend to 2-3pm not granted
and we had to pay a penalty fee. No doubt the staff was courteous, but we were pressured with multiple reminders on penalties despite our earlier booking request for extension .
We are having a group of friends which are regular golfers travelling to malacca for golfing and entertainment frequently . Our golfing times are sometimes delayed due to traffic jams, travel time, weather delay etc n we envisage our time check out maybe 2-3 hours delayed which lead to our request but unintentional. Is there any way that the management can check whether this issue can be resolved or recommend us an option . Look forward to your response before our next booking.
Tqvm for all matters attended.

The hotel is in a convenient location, but parking is quite troublesome. The room is managed separately from the hotel, requiring us to park in an opposite lot, which is about a 10-minute drive to the highest floor.
Unfortunately, the room was not clean. The toilet also needed attention, and there was a persistent odor reminiscent of dampness that we couldn't eliminate, even after purchasing a freshener. Additionally, there were stains on the walls and throughout the room. I provided feedback to the management, but it appears my message went unnoticed.
On a positive note, the room does offer a great view of the river and the city and the bed is very comfortable.

This is a very new hotel which started their business in March 2023. Wanted to try on the first day of opening but due to some reason, it was delayed till now. Itās a first Marriott hotel in Melaka, so I do have very high expectations from them. As a Marriott platinum elite member, Iāve stayed in many hotel under Marriott organisation. Upon reaching the hotel with grab car, the staff came up to me immediately and lead me to the check in counter, the lobby are huge, and I can still smell that the hotel are still so new. Not much of the guest in the lobby area, itās a Monday so I guess itās normal. No suite room upgrade and no complimentary breakfast for a platinum member, although I was upgraded to a strait view room which I appreciated it. It can see a tiny bit of the sea. Apart from that, I guess the room size and amenity are the same. The check in staff told me that the suite room was fullā¦ I mean.. itās a Monday.. and I literally still can see the suite room was available in the Bonvoy app. As Iāve mentioned, Iāve been to many hotel under Marriott organisation. I donāt always get upgraded to a suite room, but it was okay, I do understand all these are subjected to individual hotel policy and itās all a good will. But I guess the staff could just tell me that the hotel are still new, the suite room are limited and itās reserved for paying guest. I would totally understand that. But I donāt think itās wise to you know, use a default replied as member like us, we check on the app. For me, if thereās no available suite room, I wouldnāt even ask for an upgrade. Secondly, thereās no complimentary breakfast, I paid RM70 for the 2 day breakfast. Iāve stayed in a few courtyard hotel, this was the first one that Iāve paid for breakfast, there might be other courtyard that donāt provide complimentary breakfast for guest with elite status, maybe I didnāt stay much enough to see it all. Iāve stayed with hotel that told me that their facility actually donāt offer complimentary breakfast for elite member, but they will just give it to me as a good will on top of my welcome gift. Just a little suggestion, like maybe let the counter staff to decide, if they could slip in some complimentary breakfast to guest with elite status or even guest that potentially come back again. Iām not complaining here, just some of my suggestions. The room are new, nice and spacious, very clean. Nice TV channel selection, view was great. Bed are firm to the level that I like, they offer pillow menu as well. Had very good sleep for the 2 night. Breakfast was very basic. Thereās a very annoying flies flying around my table.. how did it come into the hotel, lol. Gym are small but there should be everything you need. The infinity pool are great! Very good view and very Instagrammable. Please visit the pool when you are here. The staff and friendly and nice. Would come back again to the hotel when Iām back in Melaka.

Clean hotel, simple but beautiful deco. The room is okay, the toilet is clean. Complete with bathroom equipment. Iron and hair dryer provided. Breakfast food is very tasty. The pool is best suited for children's pools, but if you can provide chairs near the pool, it's okay. The staff is okay. Reasonable price. Check-in check-out is easy, you don't have to wait long. Will repeat again later. Overalls are the best š

GGuest UserThe hotel was much bigger than we had anticipated. It is a really beautiful place, hidden away in the nice city of Melaka. The lobby is beautifully designed, but freezing and the whole hotel seemed drenched in some kind of perfume, which made me a bit dizzy. Our room had the weirdest smell- but I think it was intentional...as though they had made it smell like that on purpose...like mouldy hay. The room was really pretty and the little patio is a nice touch. We informed the desk that we's be checking out at 12:50. but still, the same concierge called us at 12:00, waiting impatiently for us to check out. We were also hardly ever greeted upon entering the hotel. Weird. Once everything is done, I'm sure it will be a nice place. I wish the plants were real. They are all plastic and it shows, unfortunately. The location is perfect, just around the corner from China Town and Junkers Walk. I think it's a decent place to stay for a night or two.
GGuest UserBooked via Trip.Com, I did not know the room was a family suite which was actually a heritage house opposite to the main hotel block. Interesting to have a nostalgic experience to stay in an traditional house but might be a little too quiet for solo travellers. Need to climb the stairs as the bed and the washroom/pantry are on different floors. Staff was friendly and the house was spotless clean. Another plus is the strong air con in the house against the crazy heat in Malacca.
ZZaidah SitiThe hotel location at Jln Merdeka, Bandar Hilir Melaka. Near at Mahkota Parade and Dataran Pahlawan. Parking is free provided by the hotel. No Deposit when you check in the hotel. Staff hotel is friendly and helpful. The room is clean tidy and comfortable. Air-conditioning is cold. Easy to get the food and beverage by walking distance.
ZZFHRegular guest at this hotel due its excellent location close to the main tourist attractions, eateries and shopping malls. Room is comfortable and quite spacious. My usual grouse is the tiny shower cubicle that leaves splashes of water on the bathroom floor. But overall, a satisfactory stay.
CCAROLINE MARY LAIWow, this hotel is really clean. I love clean hotel. Thank you Asiatic Hotel : housekeeping team for keeping the rooms so clean. I love this hotel and definitely will come back again to stay in this hotel. I love their design of their rooms too. Very comfortable and have lot of places to put our things in organised way. They have a small fridge in the hotel. Most importantly, lot of foods and restaurants nearby. They have a cafe and 711 next door so convenient and superb. Thank you Asiatic Hotel for your hospitality and definitely will come back again to stay in this hotel.
MMuhammad Irsyad Bin ZainiI recently had the pleasure of staying at OYO 90899 Tube Hotel Melaka and the experience surpassed all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the grand entrance, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a truly memorable stay.
The check-in process was seamless, with the staff demonstrating exceptional hospitality and efficiency. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was evident, from the elegant lobby adorned with tasteful decorations to the well-appointed rooms that exuded both comfort and style.
Speaking of rooms, mine was a haven of tranquility. The furnishings were modern and plush, creating a cozy ambiance that made it difficult to leave. The bed was a highlight, offering a heavenly night's sleep with its luxurious linens and a selection of pillows that catered to personal preferences.
The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The fitness center boasted state-of-the-art equipment, and the spa provided a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.
Dining was a culinary delight. The on-site restaurant showcased a diverse menu featuring both local and international cuisine. The chefs' commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients was evident in every dish. The breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a wide array of options to suit every palate.
The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Requests were handled promptly and with a genuine smile, adding a personal touch that made me feel like a valued guest.
The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in close proximity to popular attractions, dining options, and shopping districts. Whether I was exploring the city or simply strolling through the nearby parks, everything was conveniently within reach.
In conclusion, my stay at [Hotel Name] was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service created a truly memorable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined and indulgent getaway. I look forward to returning to [Hotel Name] in the future for another unforgettable stay.
TToby WearnesActually this is a nice hotel. Just that the amenities surrounding is run down making the hotel less appealing especially have to walk past those empty shop lots. And car park is on different side.
Hotel wise, itās pretty good. Good hot shower, clean toilet and linen. Bed and pillow are comfortable. The design, if properly showcased is already pretty good. Such a pity. But Iād still come back here if I needed a night stay.
AAnonymous UserThis is a lowest budget hotel in Melaka, simple but tidy. However no kettle, no TV and the cleanliness of bathroom could have been better. The self check-in process requires verification and a deposit of RM50+ 2 via Whatsapp.
Roadside parking available. Overall it was up to my expectation and had a pleasant stay!
