The pluses: a decor. a little kitsch, colorful and that's what gives so much charm and warmth to this friendly place where you feel so good. The room overlooking the street was very well soundproofed. The silent air conditioning. The hot shower very good. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The common areas are spacious and very pleasant. The self-service breakfast, varied and good thanks to Maria's cake! Available all day long coffee, tea, water etc. The Guesthouse is located in a quiet area more authentic than the hyper center, far from mass tourism and at the same time close to places to visit. Chua and Maria are lovely hosts, with good advice and a great sense of humor. We will remember their smiles for a long time. Thanks to Chua, thanks to her recommendations and ideas, we had a wonderful stay. Cons: Very weak WiFi, better in the common room

This place is lovely. Granted it doesn’t look like much from the outside but you cannot find nicer or more accommodating hosts. Nothing is too much trouble and they even give you a recommended itinerary to make the most out of your stay. Recommend highly.

We spent three nights here and it was gorgeous! Choa is a very friendly and helpful host and gave us many tips for Malakka and our roundtrip through Malaysia. The bed was comfy, the shared rooms are good and the AC in the room was strong and quiet. It's a very clean and beautiful Guesthouse. Absolutely good value for the money. We would return at any time!
